ՀՀ առողջապահության նախկին նախարար, վարչապետի աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Արսեն Թորոսյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
 
«Երբ 44-օրյա պատերազմի օրերին պրոֆեսոր Բաբլոյանը կապի դուրս եկավ ինձ հետ և հայտնեց, որ գործընկերների հետ պատրաստվում են նոր օրթեզավորման և պրոթեզավորման կենտրոն հիմնել ԱրԲեՍ վերականգնողական կենտրոնի տարածքում, որտեղ իր ընդլայնված ծառայությունները կմատուցի այդ ոլորտում արդեն իսկ հարուստ փորձ ունեցող Օրթեզ կենտրոնը, ես միայն ողջունեցի գաղափարը՝ քաջ գիտակցելով, որ նման կենտրոնի կարիք մոտ ապագայում շատ ենք ունենալու։ Կենտրոնի ծառայություններից օգտվելու էին թե շարժողական խնդիրներ ունեցող մեր երեխաները, թե վիրավորված և վերջույթ կորցրած մեր զինծառայողները։
Այսօր տեղի ունեցավ այս ժամանակակից կենտրոնի բացման արարողությանը, որի ընթացքում մենք վերհիշեցինք մեր մոտ 10 ամսյա վաղեմության խոսակցությունը, ինչպես նաև այն տասնյակ տարիների տքնաջան աշխատանքը, որը ոլորտի մասնագետները անձնվիրաբար կատարել են՝ բարելավելով հազարավոր երեխաների և մեծահասակների կյանքի որակը, պարգևելով նրանց շարժվելու և լիարժեք կյանքով ապրելու հնարավորություն։
Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում նրանց բոլորին իրենց աշխատանքի համար»։
 
Նշենք, որ երեկ` հուլիսի 29-ին, տեղի ունեցավ «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիրի «ԱրԲեՍ» առողջության կենտրոնի տարածքում կառուցված «Օրթեզ» պրոթեզավորման եւ օրթեզավորման կենտրոնի նոր շենքի բացման արարողությունը:
Վերականգնողական ծառայությունների ընդլայնման գաղափարն «Օրթեզ» եւ «ԱրԲես» կենտրոնների համար առաջնահերթ դարձավ 2020թ-ի աշնանը: Պատերազմի օրերին զինվորներին օգնություն ցուցաբերող «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիրը փոխեց հիմնական ծրագրերի ուղղությունը, վարկ վերցրեց եւ սկսեց նոր մասնաշենքի շինարարությունը, որպեսզի ստեղծի լիարժեք, միջազգային ստանդարներին համապատասխան պայմաններ` վիրավորներին սատարելու համար:
«Օրթեզ» կենտրոնի ջանքերով շենքը հագեցվեց նոր սարքավորումներով ու տեխնիկայով, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա համագործակցելով ֆրանսիացի գործընկերեների հետ` էլ ավելի բարձրացնել ծառայությոնների որակը` հասցնելով դրանք միջազգային ստանդարտների մակարդակին:
«ԱրԲեՍ» առողջության կենտրոնի վերականգնողական ծառայությունների ընդլայնման առաջիկա ծրագրերի մեջ է նաեւ վերականգնողական թերապիային ուղղված լողավազանի կառուցումը:
