Ընդդիմադիր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պարբերաբար խորը վրդովմունք էր արտահայտում կապված այն բանի հետ, որ տարատեսակ քրեական գործերում ներգրավված հանրապետականները ոչ միայն չեն կանգնում օրենքի առաջ և չեն կրում պատասխանատվություն, այլ մի բան էլ ստանում են պատգամավորի մանդատ և բազմում ԱԺ-ում: Փաշինյանը նկատի ուներ ՀՀԿ-ի օդիոզ դեմքերին, ովքեր հաճախ էին հայտնվում տարբեր պիկանտ պատմությունների, այդ թվում՝ ծեծկռտուքների հետ կապված սկանդալների կենտրոնում:

Սակայն, ուշագրավն այստեղ այն է, որ Փաշինյանը գալով իշխանության, ըստ էության, փոխել է իր դիրքորոշումը նաև այս հարցում: Նոր Հայաստանում օրը ցերեկով մարդ ծեծած պաշտոնյաները այսօր ևս ստացան իրենց պատգամավորական մանդատները և մոտակա տարիներին ներկայացնելու են Փաշինյանի թիմը խորհրդարանում:

Դիցուք՝ Հակոբ Արշակյանը, ով դեպքի գրանցման ժամանակ զբաղեցնում էր ԲՏԱ նախարարի պաշտոնը հարձակվել էր լրագրողի վրա: Քրեական գործի ընթացքում պարզվեց, որ Արշակյանը մեղավոր չէ, նա սահմանափակվեց ներողություն խնդրելով, այնուհետև՝ պատշաճության համար թերևս հրաժարական տվեց: Սակայն, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, Արշակյանը երկար չէ մնացել առանց պաշտոնի, այսօր նա 8-րդ գումարման ԱԺ-ի պատգամավոր է, ավելին՝ խոսվում է այն մասին, որ վերջինս կնշանակվի ԱԺ փոխնախագահ:

ՔՊ-ական Սիսակ Գաբրիեյլյանը օրը ցերեկով, հայտնի Շմայսի ռեկորդները թարմացնելու ցանկությամբ տարված, ԱԺ շենքի բակում բռունցքներով հարձակվել էր բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնող քաղաքացիներից մեկի վրա: Սակայն, 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 28-ին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի գործով, ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանը տուժող է ճանաչվել:

2019 թվականին Եղեգնաձորում փոխգնդապետի դաժան ծեծի ենթարկելու միջադեպի հետ կապված՝ Վայոց ձորի այն ժամանակվա մարզպետ Տրդատ Սարգսյանը հրաժարական ներկայացրեց։ Թվում էր, թե վերջապես եկել են ժամանակներ, երբ քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունը կարևորվում է: Բայց շատ արագ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության որոշմամբ վերջինս նշանակվեց կուսակցության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար, իսկ այսօր արդեն՝ ԱԺ պատգամավոր:


Ակնահայտ է, որ ընդդիմադիր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայացքները կապված նրա հետ, թե ինչպիսի մարդիկ պետք է ներկայացված լինեն ԱԺ-ում և կրեն ազգընտիր պատգամավորի տիտղոսը, զգալի փոփոխությունների է ենթարկվել: Այն, ինչ չէր կարելի ՀՀԿ-ին, այսօր կարելի է ՔՊ-ին:
