«Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանն անթույլատրելի է համարում Ազգային ժողովի շենքում լրագրողների տեղաշարժի սահմանափակումը, բացի այդ շենքում ուժեղացված հսկողության, նիստերի դահլիճի դռների դիմաց մետաղորսիչ սարքերի առկայության կարիք չի տեսնում: Վանեցյանը նման տեսակետ հայտնեց խորհրդարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում:

«Անվտանգությունը շատ կարևոր է, պետք է ապահովել միանշանակ: ԱԺ շենքը պետական պահպանության օբյեկտների շարքին է դասվում, և այստեղ համաձայն այդ օրենքի՝ պետք է իրականացվի պահպանություն: Բայց ԱԺ բոլոր մուտքերում կան այդ սարքերը, որոնցով մարդիկ անցնում են, հսկվում են՝ զենք-զինամթերք, արգելված իրեր հայտնաբերելու համար: Ոչ ոք չի առարկում, որ նման միջոցները, որոնք կան ԱԺ մուտքերում, անհրաժեշտ են: Բայց ԱԺ շենքի ներսում, հատկապես նիստերի դահլիճ մետաղոսիչներով անցնելով մուտք գործելն ուղղակի ծիծաղելի է: Այստեղ կա երկու տարբերակ՝ կամ այս իշխանություններն ուզում են այս ճանապարհով իրենց պատկերացմամբ ազդել ընդդիմության նյարդերի վրա կամ ուղղակի իրենք սարսափած են ընդդիմությունից»,-ասաց Վանեցյանը:

Նա զարմացած է այդ միջոցառումների վրա և կարծում է, որ դա ժամանակավոր բնույթ է կրելու:

Անդրադառնալով օգոստոսի 2-ին  ԱԺ շենքում լրագրողների տեղաշարժի սահմանափակումներին՝ Վանեցյանը դա անթույատրելի համարեց: «ԱԺ-ն այն մարմինն է, որտեղ լրագրողները պետք է գտնվեն մշտապես, ազատ շրջեն խորհրդարանում և կարողանան իրենց աշխատանքով հանրությանը ներկայացնել պատգամավորների՝ ժողովրդի ընտրյալների գործունեությունը: Եթե լրագրողների նկատմամբ սահմանափակումներն ուժի մեջ մտնեն,  անթույլատրելի է»,-ասաց նա:

Վանեցյանը նշեց, որ իրենք իրենց լիազորությունների շրջանակներում փորձելու են պայքարել դրա դեմ և պաշտպանել ԶԼՄ-ների իրավունքները:
