«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Շաբաթ-կիրակի «Քաղպայմանագրի» փակ նիստում որոշել են, որ իշխող խմբակցությունն ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովները բաշխելիս նախ իր տնօրինության տակ կառնի պաշտպանության եւ պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովների նախագահությունը, ըստ այդմ՝ նախկին գումարման խորհրդարանում այդ հանձնաժողովների ղեկավարները կշարունակեն պաշտոնավարել, Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը՝ պաշտպանության, Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը՝ պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովում։

Ապա, ըստ Դոնթի բանաձեւի, մեկ հանձնաժողովի ընտրության հնարավորություն ունի «Հայաստան» դաշինքը։ Ենթադրվում էր, որ ընդդիմադիրները կնախընտրեն առանցքային նշանակություն ունեցող հանձնաժողովները, ընտրությունը, ի վերջո, կանգնել է տնտեսական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի վրա, որի նախագահ կառաջադրվի «Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանը։

Ապա իշխանությունն իրեն կվերցնի մարդու իրավունքների եւ արտաքին կապերի հանձնաժողովները, առաջինի համար անցկացված ներկուսակցական քվեարկության արդյունքում 60 պատգամավորից ավելի քան 50-ն ընտրել է ազգությամբ եզդի իրավաբան Ռուստամ Բաքոյանին։ Եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի հանձնաժողովը կղեկավարի Արման Եղոյանը, առողջապահությանը՝ Նարեկ Զեյնալյանը։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, առողջապահությունից կառանձնացնեն սոցիալականը, եւ այն կնախագահի սորոսական Հերիքնազ Տիգրանյանը։ Ֆինանսավարկայինը հավանաբար կղեկավարի Բաբկեն Թունյանը։ Իշխանությունը Գեւորգ Պապոյանին էլ է հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնում տեսնում, թեեւ դա կախված է նրանից, թե որ հանձնաժողովները կընտրի ընդդիմությունը, որին 3 հանձնաժողով է հասնում։ Տարածաշրջանային եւ եվրասիական ինտեգրման հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ էլ ՔՊ-ից կառաջադրեն Վաղարշակ Հակոբյանին։

«Հայաստան» դաշինքին, ըստ ամենայնի, կանցնի տարածքային կառավարման հանձնաժողովը, որի նախագահ կդառնա ՀՅԴ-ական նախկին մարզպետներից մեկը՝ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը կամ Աշոտ Սիմոնյանը։ «Հայաստան» դաշինքը մեկ հանձնաժողով էլ կզիջի «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքին, որի նախագահի թեկնածուն Տիգրան Աբրահամյանն է»:
