«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանային բախումները սպառնալիք են ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլեւ ողջ ՀԱՊԿ-ի համար։ Երեկ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման կոշտ հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասը՝ միեւնույն ժամանակ խուսափելով նաեւ հասցեական մեղադրել Ադրբեջանին մայիսի 12-ից սկսած Հայաստանի սահմանը խախտելու եւ տարածքը գնդակոծելու համար։ Նկատենք՝ այդ օրվանից մինչ օրս հասցեական հայտարարություն Զասի կողմից այդպես էլ չէր հնչել, եւ կառույցը փաստացի անգործություն դրսեւորեց՝ խուսափելով անգամ քննադատական հայտարարություն ընդունել Ադրբեջանի հասցեին։ Եվ այս ֆոնին ուշագրավ է այն ընդունելությունը, որին նա արժանացավ Երեւանում։

Մասնավորապես, նա հստակ քննադատության արժանացավ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանի կողմից.«Մենք ձեր այցին սպասում էինք դեռ մայիս ամսին: Հայաստանի համար այդ պահին բավական լարված ժամանակահատված էր, բայց, ցավոք սրտի, ձեր այցը տեղի չունեցավ: Այսօր մեր սահմաններին ձեւավորվել է կայուն ծանր իրավիճակ: Մայիս ամսին ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը երկու ուղղությամբ ներխուժեցին հայկական տարածք: Դա մեզ անչափ անհանգստացնում է: Մենք խաղաղության կողմնակից ենք: Մենք որեւէ պարագայում չենք ուզում իրադրության լարում մեր սահմաններին: Միեւնույն ժամանակ մենք պատրաստ չենք համակերպվել գործողությունների հետ, որոնք կարող են հանգեցնել Հայաստանի պետական սահմանի խախտմանը: Մենք վճռականորեն պաշտպանելու ենք մեր տարածքները», – նշել էր Կարապետյանը։

Այստեղ նաեւ ուշագրավ է այն հանգամանքը, որ վերջին օրերին՝ հուլիսի 27-ին Մոսկվա կատարած այցից հետո, Կարապետյանի հռետորաբանությունը սաստկացել է։ Ավելին, նա Զասի հետ հանդիպումից հետո կրկին շտապել է Մոսկվա։ Այնուամենայնիվ, ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասը, որ օրեր առաջ սահմանափակվում էր չափազանց չեզոք որակումներով, արդեն փորձեց որոշ հայտարարություններ անել՝ գոնե ընդունելով, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղի ունեցող միջադեպերը սպառնալիք են ՀԱՊԿ անդամ Հայաստանի անվտանգությանը:

Ռուս քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Սկակովը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում եւս ուշադրություն դարձրեց այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ հայկական կողմը ամեն հարղ համաձայնեցնում է ռուսական կողմի հետ։ «Տեսնում ենք, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը փորձում է արձագանքել եւ սպասում է քաղաքական գործընթացի մեկնարկին։ Հասկանալի է, որ Հայաստանը փորձում է իր անվտանգության ամրապնդման գործում ներգրավել թե՛ Ռուսաստանին, թե՛ ՀԱՊԿ-ին, թե՛ հնարավոր այլ երկրների։ Կարծում եմ` առաջիկայում այլ զարգացումներ եւս կարող են լինել»,- նկատեց նա։
