Երիտասարդների և առողջ ապրելակերպի, կանանց տնտեսական կարողությունների զարգացման, սոցիալական ձեռնարկատիրության խրախուսման, տարեցների ներգրավման, ժողովրդագրական, հումանիտար, մարդու իրավունքների և բազմաթիվ այլ հարցեր քննարկվեցին Կապան համայնքի ղեկավար Գևորգ Փարսյանի հետ Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանի ու ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Ծովինար Հարությունյանի հանդիպմանը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հայտնել է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը:

«Հանդիպմանը նշվել է, որ այցի ընթացքում հատուկ շեշտադրումներ են արվելու պատերազմից հետո առաջ եկած անվտանգության և սոցիալական այն խնդիրներին, որոնք պայմանավորված են սահմանային գործընթացներով:

Կարևորելով կանանց տնտեսական կարողությունների զարգացումը՝ Պաշտպանը համայնքապետին է ներկայացրել իրականացված ծրագրերը, որոնք նպաստել են կանանց ինքնուրույն եկամուտ ստանալուն, որն իր հերթին դրական ազդեցություն է ունեցել նրանց ընտանիքների սոցիալական վիճակի բարելավման վրա: Նշվել է նաև ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի հետ իրականացրած ծրագրերը և բարձր գնահատվել դրանց դերը երկրում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության գործում:

ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի տնօրեն Ծովինար Հարությունյանը ներկայացրել է հիմնադրամի կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերը, որոնք վերաբերում են հիմնադրամի չորս հիմնական աշխատանքային ուղղություններին՝ վերարտադրողական և մայրական առողջությանը, երիտասարդությանը, կանանց դերի բարձրացմանը և կարողությունների զարգացմանն ու ժողովրդագրությանը:

Մեծապես կարևորվել է երիտասարդների առողջությունը և առողջ ապրելակերպը։

Նշվել է օգոստոսի 12-ին՝ Երիտասարդության միջազգային օրը Կապանում Հայաստանի երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաքում ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ իրականացվող միջոցառումների մասին։

Հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնելով կանանց կարողությունների զարգացմանը, Ծ. Հարությունյանը ներկայացրել է իրենց աջակցությամբ Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս, Մեղրի և Կապան համայնքներում արդեն իսկ հաջողությամբ գործող կանանց ռեսուրսային կենտրոնների աշխատանքը, որոնց օրինակը տարածվել է Հայաստանի այլ մարզեր:

Ռեսուրսային կենտրոնների օգնությամբ կանայք վերապատաստվում են, մասնագիտություն են ստանում, աշխատանք են գտնում, մասնակցում են սոցիալական ձեռնարկատիրությանը, ստանում այլ աջակցություն։

Քննարկվել են նաև ժողովրդագրական մի շարք հարցեր, մատնանշվել են հիմնական խնդիրները, արվող աշխատանքները։

Գևորգ Փարսյանը կարևորել է այցը և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել աջակցել համայնքի բնակչությանն ուղղված զարգացման նախաձեռնություններին:

Արման Թաթոյանը և Ծովինար Հարությունյանը բարձր են գնահատել Կապան համայնքի ղեկավարի և համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմի պատրաստակամությունը նշված նախաձեռնությունների համատեղ իրականացման հարցում:

Հանդիպումից հետո տեղի է ունեցել համատեղ այց Սյունիք բնակավայր` բնակիչների հետ հանդիպման»,- գրել է Թաթոյանը:
