«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանի կողմից հայտարարված 1 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ մրցույթի հաղթող ճանաչված «Գլոբալ Սոլար Սիստեմ» ընկերությունն անհետացել է: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության տակ գտնվող կառույցների տանիքներին արեւային համակարգերի տեղադրման համար հրատապ բաց մրցույթ է հայտարարվել, մասնակցել է 4 ընկերություն, հաղթող ճանաչվել մեկը՝ «Գլոբալ Սոլար Սիստեմ»-ը:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին որոշ մանրամասներ հայտնի դարձան մասնակից ընկերությունների մասին. պարզվում է, որ «Գլոբալ Սոլար Սիստեմ»-ը մրցույթին մասնակցելու համար դիմել է «Սմարթ Բիթ Քոնսալթինգ» միջնորդ կազմակերպությանը, որն էլ գնումների փաթեթը ներկայացրել է մրցույթին: Սակայն հիմա անհարմար վիճակ է ստեղծվել. մրցույթին հաղթած մասնակիցը պետք է պայմանագիր ներկայացնի պատվիրատուին 10 օրվա ընթացքում, բայց ընկերությունն անհետացել է. «Մենք նույնպես փնտրում ենք ու չենք կարողանում գտնել: Պայմանագիր կնքելու առաջարկը պետք է ուղարկենք քաղաքապետարան, զանգահարում ենք իրենց, բայց չենք կարողանում կապվել»,- «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին միջնորդ ընկերությունից փոխանցեցին:

Ավելին, միջնորդ կազմակերպությանը կատարած ծառայության դիմաց «Գլոբալ Սոլար Սիստեմ» ընկերությունն անգամ չի վճարել: Բացի այս, 1 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ մրցույթի մյուս ուշագրավ նորությունը. «Տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ մրցույթին մասնակցել է նաեւ Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանի որդուն՝ Միսակ Բալասանյանին պատկանող ընկերությունը: Խոսքը «Ռոստորգ»-ի մասին է: «Ռոստորգ»-ից Սահակ անունով քաղաքացին փոխանցեց, որ ինքը ժամանակին՝ մինչեւ «Ռոստորգ»-ի ստեղծումը, համագործակցել է կրտսեր Բալասանյանի հետ, այժմ՝ ոչ. «Ես ձեզ վստահեցնում եմ՝ իր բիզնեսը չէ: Երդվե՞մ, որ հավատաք»:
