Իրական խաղաղությունը գալիս է այն դեպքում, երբ դու ունակ ես վերադարձնել այն, ինչը քեզնից խլել է քո հակառակորդը: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է  ՊԲ նախկին խոսնակ Սենոր Հասրաթյանը:

«1994-ի մայիսին ադրբեջանա-արցախյան հակամարտության գոտում հրադադար հաստատվելուց հետո, պաշտոնական Բաքուն տասնամյակներ շարունակ շփման գծում նախաձեռնելով տարբեր սադրանքներ, շտապում էր կատարվածի մեղքը բարդել հայկական կողմի վրա... Նպատակը պարզ էր ու հասկանալի. հակառակորդը դրանով ցույց էր տալիս, որ ինքն անհաշտ է ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ և, որ հեռանկարում պատերազմի վերսկսումն անխուսափելի է...

Այսօր, երբ թվում է (գոնե Ադրբեջանի առաջնորդի հայտարարությունները լսելուց), թե տասնամյակներ ձգվող հակամարտության ելքը որոշված է, այդուհանդերձ, նույն հակառակորդը հակամրտ զորքերի շփման գծի տարբեր հատվածներում ոչ միայն շարունակում է իր նախահարձակ սադրիչ գործողությունները, այլև կատարվածի մեղքը շտապում է բարդել հայկական կողմի վրա և դրան զուգահեռ հոխորտում «պատասխան գործողություններ ձեռնարկելու» մասին...

...Իսկ մենք այս պայմաններում բավարարվում ենք պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություններ տարածելով և, որ շատ ցավալի է,նախահարձակ հակառակորդի հետ ամենաբարձր մակարդակով խաղաղության շուրջ բանակցություններ սկսելու առաջարկով... Այնինչ, իրական խաղաղությունը գալիս է այն դեպքում, երբ դու ունակ ես վերադարձնել այն, ինչը քեզնից խլել է քո հակառակորդը... Իսկ դա ամենից առաջ հաղթողի արժանապատվությունն է...»,- գրել է նա:
