ՀՀ կառավարության նիստում օգոստոսի 27-ին որոշում է կայացվել, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացի հանդիսացող` Խորհրդային Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետությունների Միության ժողովրդական արտիստ, ժողովրդական նկարիչ և ժողովրդական ճարտարապետ կոչումներին արժանացած անձանց համար սահմանված 40000 դրամին ավելացնել ևս 60000 դրամ։

«Համապատասխան փոփոխություն է կատարվել ՀՀ «Ժողովրդական» պատվավոր կոչման համար ամենամսյա պատվովճար տալու կարգը և դրա չափը սահմանելու մասին որոշման մեջ։ Որոշման ընդունման նպատակն է ապահովել համընդհանուր ճանաչում ունեցող, արվեuտի զարգացման գործում մեծ և բացառիկ վաuտակի համար պատ­վավոր կոչման արժանացած անձանց ամենամսյա պատվովճարի տրամադրումը»,- այս մասին հայտնում են ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից:

Ոլորտի գերատեսչությունից մանրամասնում են՝ տվյալ որոշը հիմնավորվել է այն հանգամանքով, որ մշակույթի ոլորտում տասնամյակներ շարունակ կուտակվել են արվեստագետների սոցիալական վիճակին առնչվող լրջագույն խնդիրներ: Դրանց շարքում հատկապես խոցելի են ինքնազբաղ արվեստագետները և կենսաթոշակառու գործիչները, որոնք տասնամյակներ շարունակ առանց զգալի ֆինանսական եկամուտների և հաճախ զուրկ լինելով սոցիալական երաշխիքներից՝ անձնվիրաբար ծառայել են Հայաստանի մշակութային կյանքի պահպանման և զարգացման գործին:

«Կոչումները, բացի սիմվոլիկ նշանակությունից, ունեն նաև ֆինանսական աջակցության նպատակ: Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, վերաբերում է ՀՀ քաղաքացի հանդիսացող` Խորհրդային Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետությունների Միության ժողովրդական արտիստ, ժողովրդական նկարիչ և ժողովրդական ճարտարապետ կոչումներին արժանացած անձանց: Ուստի, ՀՀ կառավարությունը կարևոր է համարում հատկացվող միջոցները 100000 ՀՀ դրամ սահմանելը, առավել ևս՝ նկատի ունենալով նշված անձանց տարիքը և համավարակով պայմանավորված լրջագույն տնտեսական և սոցիալական խնդիրները»,- ընդգծում են ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից:
