Արցախի Հանրապետության Աշխատանքի, սոցիալական և միգրացիայի հարցերի նախարար Մանե Թանդիլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.

«Սիրելի արցախցիներ, հարգելի հայրենակիցներ,

Ժամանակն անցնում է և Արցախի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերները մտնում են նոր փուլ։ Եթե վերջին օրերին եղել եք Արցախում, ապա նկատած կլինեք, որ Արցախում կյանքը վերադարձել է բնականոն հուն՝ առօրեական իմաստով։ Եվ սա արցախցու՝ իր հողում ապրելու որոշման և հանձնառության ուժի շնորհիվ է՝ էլ ավելի ուժեղ դառնալով սահմռկեցուցիչ ցավից և այս հողի համար կյանք չխնայած հերոսների նկատմամբ պարտքի զգացումից։ Արցախի բնակչության շուրջ ութսուն տոկոսը վերադարձել է Արցախ՝ ապրելու։ Սա նշանակում է, որ Արցախը թոթափում է հետպատերազմյան սոցիալ-հոգեբանական բեռը և կանգնում զարգացման և ուժեղացման ճանապարհին, ինչը հնարավոր է դարձել աշխատանքի, հանձնառության և ոչ մի դեպքում չկոտրվելու կամքի շնորհիվ։

Այժմ եկել է երկարաժամկետ ծրագրերի և տնտեսական զարգացման խթանման ժամանակը։

Արձանագրելով, որ սոցիալական հարցերի ամբողջական և լիարժեք հաղթահարման բանալին յուրաքանչյուր երկրում զարգացած տնտեսության մեջ է, այսօր Արցախի ուժեղացմանը և մարդկանց այնտեղ ապրելուն կարող են նպաստել տնտեսության զարգացումը՝ բնակարանաշինության և քաղաքացիներին օր առաջ տներով ապահովելու աշխատանքներին զուգընթաց։

Այսպիսով, թույլ տվեք տեղեկացնել, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարութունյանի հետ մեր նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն` իմ պաշտոնավարումը որպես Արցախի Հանրապետության Աշխատանքի, սոցիալական և միգրացիայի հարցերի նախարար մոտենում է ավարտին։ Սեպտեմբերի 1-ից իմ ծառայությունը Արցախին շարունակելու եմ «Ապրելու Արցախ» հիմնադրամի գործունեության շրջանակներում, որի միջոցով Արցախում իրականացվելու են բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր, և առաջին հերթին, մեր գործընկերների ուղղակի և գործուն մասնակցությամբ, Արցախի Դահրավ գյուղի մոտ կառուցվում է 100 տուն ունեցող նոր բնակավայր, որտեղ կարող են կյանքը շարունակել տեղահանված մեր արցախցի հայրենակիցները։

Համոզված եմ, որ եթե Արցախի մասին խոսող յուրաքանչյուր ոք գոնե մեկ անգամ այս ընթացքում գա Արցախ, մնա այստեղ, գտնի իր անելիքը, ապա մենք լիովին այլ իրականություն կստեղծենք շատ կարճ ժամանակամիջոցում։

Շնորհակալ եմ Արցախի Հանրապետության Կառավարության իմ գործընկերներին, նախարարության մեր բոլոր աշխատակիցներին փոխադարձ վստահության մթնոլորտում աշխատելու և Արցախին ծառայելու ինձ ընձեռնված հնարավորության համար, որը նորովի կշարունակեմ հետայսու, քանզի միշտ փնտրելու եմ և գտնելու եմ ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցները մեր միասնական հայրենիքին ծառայելու գործում՝ ինչ էլ որ դա նշանակի»:
