Հաշվի առնելով 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար, անվտանգային և բարոյահոգեբանական մարտահրավերները՝ ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի որոշմամբ Հայ դատի համաշխարհային ցանցի կազմում իր գործունեությունն է սկսելու ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի Արցախի գրասենյակը։

Արցախում ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի գրասենյակի հիմնադրումը հստակ քաղաքական ուղերձ է առ այն, որ Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչումը, պատերազմի հետևանքների վերացումն ու Արցախի վերականգնումը շարունակում են լինել ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի համաշխարհային ցանցի գործունեության առանցքային խնդիրներն ու քաղաքական առաջնահերթությունները։

 Արցախում ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի գրասենյակի հիմնադրման և Արցախի Հանրապետության օրվա հոբելյանի առթիվ, սեպտեմբերի 2-ին ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի կենտրոնական գրասենյակը նախատեսում է Ստեփանակերտում անցկացնել պաշտոնական ընդունելություն, ուր կներկայացվեն Ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի ներկա հանգրվանում ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի համաշխարհային ցանցի քաղաքական առաջնահերթությունները և նորահաստատ գրասենյակի գործունեության հիմնական ուղղությունները։

Պաշտոնական ընդունելության ընթացքում, ի թիվս այլնի նախատեսվում է դեռևս 2019թ․ մեր կողմից հիմնադրված Արցախի բարեկամների միջազգային ցանցի անդամ հանդիսացող օտարերկրյա բարձրաստիճան քաղաքական գործիչների ուղերձների ցուցադրություն։

Պաշտոնական ընդունելության անցկացման վայրն է ք․ Ստեփանակերտ, Ազատամարտիկների 26, «Եվրոպա» հյուրանոցի նախասրահ, սկիզբը՝ ժամը 12։00։
