Ընթերցողի ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում Նոր Հայաստանի քաղաքապետերի անցած ուղին և կենսագրությունը: Ինչպես գիտենք, ամիսներ առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Դիլիջանի քաղաքապետի Ժ/Պ է նշանակել բենզալցակայանի նախկին աշխատակցին: Սակայն, զավեշտն այսքանով չի ավարտվում. Դիլիջան համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատարը անձնական տվյալների ձևաթղթում իր սեռի դիմաց գրել էր «արու»: Նա միջնակարգ մասնագիտական կրթություն ունի:

Դիլիջանի համայնքապետարանի ինտերնետային, պաշտոնական կայքում իհարկե առկա է Դավիթ Սարգսյանի կենսագրությունը: Այնտեղ նշված է, որ 1984թ. ծնված Դավիթ Սարգսյանը 2000թ. ավարտել է Հաղարծնի միջնա­կարգ դպրոցը, 2002-2004թթ. անցել է զինվորական ծառայություն ՀՀ զինված ուժերում, 2001-2006թթ. սովորել է Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջում, ավարտելով այն՝ ստացել է տնտեսագետի եւ հաշվա­պահական հաշվառման մասնագետի որակավորում, հեռակա կարգով սովո­րում է ԵՊՀ-ի տնտեսագիտական ֆա­կուլտետում:

Միջնակարգ կրթության հենքի վրա քոլեջում ուսումնառությունը մեկ տարի, 10 ամիս է, Դավիթ Սարգսյանը 2001-2006թթ. եղել է Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջի ուսա­նող: 2001-2006թթ. 5 տարիներից 2-ը  Սարգսյանը ծառայել է ՀՀ զինված ուժե­րում. ստացվում է, որ քոլեջն ավարտել է առնվազն 3 տարում: Դավիթ Սարգսյանի կենսագրության մեջ նշված է, որ նա 2016թ. ընտրվել է խոշոր Դիլիջան հա­մայնքի ավագանու անդամ: Եվ դա թերևս միակ կապն է պետական կառավարման ոլորտի հետ, որ ունեցել է Սարգսյանը. ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ հարուստ քաղաքական կենսափորձով Փաշինյանի նշանակած  քաղաքապետը աչքի չի ընկնում...

Թերևս փորձի պակասն է պատճառը, որ պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց հետո Սարգսյանը աչքի է ընկել միայն կադրային ջարդով:  Սարգսյանի որոշումներով 2021թ․ մարտի 12-ից դադարեցվել է Դիլիջան համայնքի ղեկավարի խորհրդական Պապիկ Թամամյանի պաշտոնավարումը, նույն օրը համայնքի ղեկավարի խորհրդական է նշանակվել Աշոտ Թամրազյանը, մարտի 12-ից դադարեցվել է համայնքի ղեկավարի օգնական Կարեն Սաղաթելյանի պաշտոնավարումը, համայնքի ղեկավարի օգնական է նշանակվել Յուրի Ալիխանյանը, մարտի 26-ից դադարեցվել է Դիլիջան համայնքի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Արա Մարտիրոսյանի պաշտոնավարումը, նույն օրը Արման Բազինյանը նշանակվել է համայնքի ղեկավարի տեղակալ, ապրիլի 22-ին պաշտոնից ազատվել է «Դիլիջան համայնքի կոմունալ սպասարկում» ՀՈԱԿ տնօրեն Եղիշե Ավագյանը, ապրիլի 27-ին համայնքի ղեկավարի խորհրդականի պաշտոնից ազատվել է Լեւոն Ավագյանը, համայնքի խորհրդական է նշանակվել Արտակ Բոջիկյանը, մայիսի 21-ից «Դիլիջանի թիվ 2 մանկապարտեզ » ՀՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Գրետա Աթաբեկյանն ազատվելէ զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից։
