ՀՀ կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում գործադիրը փոփոխություններ է կատարել  հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատության ուսուցչի ատեստավորման տարածքային, որակավորման տարակարգի շնորհման հանրապետական հանձնաժողովների ձևավորման և գործունեության, հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատության ուսուցչի ատեստավորման և որակավորման տարակարգի շնորհման, ինչպես նաև ատեստավորման միջոցով որակավորում ստացած պետական հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների ուսուցիչներին հավելավճար տալու կարգերը հաստատելու մասին համապատասխան որոշման մեջ։ 

Իրավական ակտում փոփոխությունները կատարվել են՝ «Հանրակրթական հիմնական ծրագրեր իրականացնող ուսումնական հաստատության՝ հերթական ատեստավորման ենթակա ուսուցչի վերապատրաստման կարգը հաստատելու մասին» որոշման ձևակերպումներին համապատասխանեցնելու, ինչպես նաև փաթեթների հավաքագրման գործընթացը էլեկտրոնային դարձնելու արդյունքում կատարված փոփոխությունները կարգում ներառելու անհրաժեշտությամբ պայմանավորված:

Համաձայն կարգի՝ կրթության կառավարման տեղեկատվական համակարգում տվյալ տարվա ատեստավորման ենթակա ուսուցիչների անձնական գործերում մինչև մայիսի 1-ը կատարվում է համապատասխան նշում՝ «ենթակա է ատեստավորման», ինչպես նաև տնօրենն  ուսուցչի ներկայացրած` վերապատրաստման դասընթացին մասնակցության և հավաքած կրեդիտների վերաբերյալ փաստաթուղթը ներբեռնում է Կրթության կառավարման տեղեկատվական համակարգ՝ ուսուցչի բնութագրի բաժնում: Նախկինում ամբողջ գործընթացն իրականացվել է փաստաթղթային տարբերակով, որն աշխատատար էր և շատ ժամանակ պահանջող, ուստի ատեստավորման համար պահանջվող փաստաթղթերի հավաքագրումն էլեկտրոնային տարբերակով իրականացնելը գործընթացը կդարձնի առավել  արդյունավետ: Ներբեռնված տվյալներն էլեկտրոնային կայքում կպահպանվեն մինչև ուսուցչի հաջորդ ատեստավորումը՝ ուսումնական հաստատություններին ազատելով լրացուցիչ աշխատանք կատարելու պարտավորությունից: Այդ տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի կլինի նաև համապատասխան հանձնաժողովին, ուստի թղթային տարբերակով փոխանցելու անհրաժեշտություն չի առաջանա:

Այսպիսով՝ որոշման ընդունումը կհեշտացնի փաթեթների ընդունման աշխատանքային ընթացքը և հետագայում կնպաստի ատեստավորման իրականացման որոշ գործընթացների ավտոմատացմանը: Բացի դրանից՝ առաջարկվող կարգավորումները հնարավորություն կընձեռեն անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվությունը ստանալ Կրթության կառավարման տեղեկատվական համակարգից, այդ թվում՝ փաստաթղթերի փաթեթների վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև մինչև հաջորդ ատեստավորումը դրանք կպահպանվեն կայքում և ավտոմատ կտրամադրվեն՝ ըստ անհրաժեշտության:
