Սեպտեմբերի 16-ին Ազգային ժողովի խորհուրդը հաստատել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի հայաստանյան պատվիրակության կազմը։ Պատվիրակության ղեկավարը կլինի ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը։

Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրից ԵԽԽՎ պատվիրակության կազմում որպես հիմնական անդամներ ընդգրկվել են խմբակցության քարտուղար Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը, Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը։ «Հայաստան» դաշինքից ԵԽԽՎ կազմում է Արմեն Գևորգյանը։ Փոխարինող անդամներն են Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրից Արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը, Սոնա Ղազարյանը, «Հայաստան» դաշինքից Արմեն Ռուստամյանը, «Պատիվ ունեմ»-ից՝ Հայկ Մամիջանյանը։

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք ,ՔՊ-ն բավական հետաքրքիր կազմ է ներկայացրել, այնքան հետաքրքիր, որ նույնիսկ առաջին հայացքից դժվար է հասկանալ`, իսկ ու՞մ շահերն են ԵԽԽՎ-ում պաշտպանելու ՔՊ-ականները: Հարցը բնավ էլ հռետորական չէ, քանի որ վերջիններս հայտնի են իրենց պրո-թուրքական հայտարարություններով և դիրքորոշումներով:

Ինչպե՞ս է ՀՀ և Արցախի շահերը ներկայացնելու Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը, ով մեծագույն նոստալգիայով է հիշում Թուրքիայում իր անցկացրած տարիները: Նույն հարցը կարելի է ուղղել Նազելի Բաղդասարյանին, ով հայտարարում է, որ Արցախը մենք կորցրել ենք, ոչ թե խայտառակ կապիտուլյացիոն ակտի ստորագրման օրը, այլ 1992 թվականի ապրիլի 14-ին: Կամ Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը ինչպե՞ս է պաշտպանելու ՀՀ շահերը, երբ հայտարարում է, որ ՀՀ տարածքում գտնվող լճի անունը Չայզամի է, ադրբեջանցիներին էլ գտնվում են իրենց տարածքում՝ ըստ ԽՍՀՄ քարտեզի:

Դժվար է անգամ պատկերացնել, թե ինչպես են սույն պաշտոնյաները հանդես գալու ՀՀ և Արցախի շահերի պաշտպանությամբ, երբ նրանց յուրաքանչյուր խոսք և հայտարարություն կրում է պրո-թուրքական և պրո-ադրբեջանական շեշտադրում:
