Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 30-ամյակի առթիվ շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վահե Ղազարյանը:

«Անկախության օրը եզակի է մեր հանրապետության տոնացույցում:
Տոն, որը խորհրդանշում է մեր ժողովրդի դարավոր երազանքը, տասնյակ սերունդների ջանքն ու անձնազոհությունը, մեր հայրենիքի ինքնության ու ինքնիշխանության վերահաստատումը:
Երեսուն տարի առաջ համաժողովրդական քվեով հռչակեցինք անկախ պետություն կերտելու մեր իրավունքն ու կամքը, մեր զավակների թանկ արյամբ ամրագրեցինք այդ պատմական որոշումը ու սկսեցինք կերտել մեր պետությունը, որ աշխարհասփյուռ բոլոր հայերի հայրենիք-պետությունը դարձավ:
Այս կարճատև ու դժվար ճանապարհին երբեք չերկմտեցինք, չնահանջեցինք, չդավաճանեցինք մեր երազանքին:
Եվ այսօր էլ, երբ ծանր ժամանակներ է ապրում Հայաստանը, տեղի չենք տալու՝ ի լուր աշխարհի հայտարարելով, որ տեր ենք մեր անկախությանն ու ինքնիշխան պետությանը:
Փա՜ռքն նրանց, ովքեր իրենց կյանքը տվեցին այդ մեծ երազանքի իրականացմանը:
Փա՜ռք նրանց, ովքեր իրենց ունակությունները, ջանքը, աշխատանքը դրեցին պետության կայացման և ամրապնդման հիմքում:
Փա՜ռք նրանց, ովքեր հավատում են հաղթանակին ու մեր անկախ ընթացքի շարունակականությանը:
Անկախության տոնի առթիվ շնորհավորում եմ ոստիկանության ողջ անձնակազմին, ոստիկանության զորքերի զինծառայողներին, մեր սիրելի վետերաններին, մեր գործընկերների ընտանիքներին ու հարազատներին:
Շնորհավորում և խորին խոնարհումս եմ բերում հանուն անկախության հերոսաբար զոհված մեր ծառայակիցների ընտանիքներին:
Մաղթում եմ հավատ, ուժ և վստահություն, որ շարունակելու ենք երեսուն տարի առաջ սկիզբ առած մեր ընթացքը և անդավաճան ենք լինելու մեր պետությանն ու պետականությանը: Շնորհավոր բոլորիս տոնը»,-ասվում է ոստիկանության պետի ուղերձում:
