Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 30-ամյակի առթիվ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձներ է ստացել օտարերկրյա մի շարք պետությունների նախագահներից և վարչապետներից:

Թուրքմենստանի նախագահ Գուրբանգուլի Բերդիմուհամեդովի շնորհավորական ուղերձում ասված է.

«Հարգելի Նիկոլ Վովայի,

Ձեզ և Ձեր երկրի ժողովրդին եմ հղում սրտանց շնորհավորանքներս և լավագույն մաղթանքներս՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 30-ամյա հոբելյանի առթիվ։

Անկախության տարիների ընթացքում Ձեր երկիրը նշանակալի հաջողությունների է հասել քաղաքական, սոցիալական և տնտեսական ոլորտներում, ինչպես նաև իր քաղաքացիների բարեկեցության ապահովման ուղղությամբ։

Մենք անկեղծորեն ուրախ ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ձեռքբերումների համար և կարևոր նշանակություն ենք տալիս մեր երկրների միջև համակողմանի համագործակցության հետագա ամրապնդմանը։ Համոզված եմ, որ մեր բարեկամ երկրների միջև համագործակցության և փոխըմբռնման բարձր մակարդակը ամուր հիմք կծառայի հայ-թուրքմենական երկկողմ հարաբերությունների առաջանցիկ զարգացման և սերտացման համար։

Օգտվելով այս ուրախալի առիթից՝ անկեղծորեն մաղթում եմ Ձեզ քաջառողջություն և երջանկություն, իսկ Հայաստանի բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ խաղաղություն, առաջընթաց և բարգավաճում»:

Ղազախստանի վարչապետ Ասկար Մամինի շնորհավորական ուղերձում նշված է.

«Հարգելի Նիկոլ Վովայի,

Ընդունեք անկեղծ շնորհավորանքներս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային տոնի՝ Անկախության օրվա առթիվ:

Ղազախստանի համար Հայաստանը հուսալի գործընկեր է Կովկասյան տարածաշրջանում, որի հետ համագործակցությունը հաջողությամբ զարգանում է երկկողմ և բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում:

Մեր կառավարությունների միջև հաջող փոխգործակցությունը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շրջանակում նպաստում է եվրասիական ինտեգրացիայի հետագա զարգացմանը:

Հարգելի Նիկոլ Վովայի,

օգտվելով առիթից՝ մաղթում եմ Ձեզ քաջառողջություն, ընտանեկան բարեկեցություն և հետագա հաջողություններ Ձեր պատասխանատու պետական գործունեության մեջ, իսկ Հայաստանի բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ խաղաղություն և բարեկեցություն»:

Բելառուսի վարչապետ Ռոման Գոլովչենկոյի շնորհավորական ուղերձում ասված է.

«Հարգելի Նիկոլ Վովայի,

Ընդունեք անկեղծ շնորհավորանքներս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության տոնի առթիվ:

Բարեկամ Հայաստանը վստահորեն զարգանում է` իր ինքնիշխանության ամրապնդման և կայուն սոցիալ-տնտեսական աճի ապահովման ուղղությամբ:

Համոզված եմ, որ մեր երկրների կառավարությունների փոխադարձ նպատակադրումն առ կառուցողական համագործակցություն կշարունակի նպաստել հայ-բելառուսական հարաբերությունների ակտիվացմանը և երկկողմ գործարար գործընկերության՝ խոստումնալից համատեղ նախագծերով հարստացմանը:

Հարգելի Նիկոլ Վովայի,

մաղթում եմ Ձեզ քաջառողջություն, հաջողություններ Ձեր պատասխանատու պետական պաշտոնում, ինչպես նաև նախանշված բոլոր ծրագրերի և նախաձեռնությունների իրականացում»:

Վիետնամի Սոցիալիստական Հանրապետության վարչապետ Ֆամ Մին Չինի շնորհավորական ուղերձում ասված է.

«Վիետնամի կառավարության և անձամբ իմ անունից ցանկանում եմ հղել անկեղծ շնորհավորանքներս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության 30-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:

Մենք ուրախ ենք տեսնել, որ Ձեր և Ձեր կառավարության ղեկավարության ներքո Հայաստանի հասարակությունը և տնտեսությունը շարունակում են զարգանալ, իսկ մարդկանց կենսամակարդակը շարունակաբար բարելավվում է:

Վիետնամը մշտապես պատրաստ է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ պահպանել և զարգացնել ավանդական բարեկամությունն ու բազմակողմանի համագործակցությունը, հատկապես տնտեսության, առևտրի և ներդրումների ոլորտներում:

Այս առիթով, խնդրում եմ, ընդունեք, Ձերդ Գերազանցություն, իմ հարգանքի խորին հավաստիքը:

Վիետնամի և Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միջև ազատ առևտրի համաձայնագրի արդյունավետ իրականացման հիման վրա, ես վստահ եմ, որ մեր երկու երկրներին կհաջողվի ամուր հիմք ստեղծել երկկողմ ապրանքաշրջանառությունն խթանելու, համագործակցության հեռանկարները օգտագործելու և զարգացնելու համար՝ ծառայելով յուրաքանչյուր երկրի տնտեսական զարգացմանն ու արդիականացմանը, ինչը համապատասխանում է երկու կողմերի պահանջներին ու շահերին:

Վստահ եմ, որ երկու երկրների կառավարությունների և ժողովուրդների համատեղ ջանքերով մենք կգրանցենք բազմաթիվ բարենպաստ արդյունքներ՝ երկու երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30–ամյակի հոբելյանին ընդառաջ»:
