Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայում ունեցած ելույթի ժամանակ Հայաստանին մեղադրել է «բանակցությունները հետաձգելու մեջ»:

Նա նշել է, որ հակամարտության կարգավորումը նոր հնարավորություններ է բացում տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության, զարգացման և բարգավաճման համար՝ միաժամանակ կարգավորելով Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունները:

Նրա խոսքով ՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10 -ի համատեղ հայտարարությունից, ինչպես նաև 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11 -ին ադրբեջանական, ռուսական և հայկական կողմերի եռակողմ հայտարարությունից հետո Ադրբեջանը, Հայաստանը և Ռուսաստանը սկսել են աշխատանքները տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության բացման ուղղությամբ:

«Հարաբերությունների աշխուժացումը զգալիորեն կարագացնի Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի տարածքով առևտուրն ու փոխադրումները, որից կշահեն ոչ միայն այս երկրները, այլև նրանց գործընկերները: Սա կլինի նորմալացման կարեւոր գործոն եւ դրական դեր կխաղա տարածաշրջանում եւ դրանից դուրս կայուն խաղաղության եւ կայունության պայմանների ստեղծման գործում:

Տարածաշրջանում հաղորդակցության բացմանը վերաբերող հարցերով եռակողմ աշխատանքային խումբը աշխատանքներ է սկսել կոնկրետ ոլորտներում: Թեև հաղորդակցության բացումը կարող է կարևոր առաջընթաց լինել, Հայաստանը խոչընդոտներ ստեղծելու և բանակցությունները հետաձգելու մարտավարությամբ փորձում է արգելափակել առաջընթացը»,- ասել է Բայրամովը:
