Երեկ Սփյուռքի գործերի գլխավոր հանձնակատար Զարեհ Սինանյանը ԱԺ-ում էր: Հանդիպման ընթացքում ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արեգնազ Մանուկյանը դիմելով Զարեհ Սինանյանին՝  հիշեցրեց, որ դեռևս 2018 թվականին հայտարարվում էր, որ հեղափոխությունից հետո  սփյուռքից  հսկայական ներդրումներ են գալու Հայաստան և թռիչքաձև տնտեսական աճ է լինելու, հետևաբար՝ ո՞ւր մնացին  ներդրումները և տնտեսական թռիչքաձև աճը։ Պատասխանելով հարցին՝ Զարեհ Սինանյանն ասաց, որ ճիշտ կլինի՝  հարցն ուղղվի «տնտեսության» նախարարությանը, քանի որ ներդրումների վերաբերյալ ինքը ստատիստիկ տվյալներ չունի հարցին լիարժեք պատասխանելու համար։«Ես կարող եմ ընդհանուր խոսել, թե ինչ խնդիրներ կան ներդրումների հետ կապված։ Հայաստանում ներդրումների հետ կապված մենք ունենք խնդիր, երբ մարդիկ գալիս են ներդրումներ անելու, Կառավարության կամ  բյուրակրատիայի տարբեր օղակների հետ դժվարությունների հետ են առնչվում։ Մարդիկ խնդիրներ ունեն ամենատարրականից մինչև ամենամեծ, սա հիասթափեցնում է մարդկանց»,- նշեց Զարեհ Սինանյանը։

Ուշագրավ է, որ սա թերևս առաջին դեպքն է, երբ Սինանյանը նման բացահայտ կեպրով բոչկա է գլորում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վրա, քանի որ կառավարություն ասելով՝ հենց նրան էլ բնականաբար նկատի ունի:

Չի բացառվում, որ Սինանյանը պատերազմ է հայտարարել Փաշինյանին`  քաջ գիտակցելով, որ պաշտոնը պահել չի հաջողվելու; Շաբաթներ առաջ Փաշինյանը որոշում է ստորագրել Երեմ Սիմոնյանին վարչապետի աշխատակազմի Սփյուռքի գործերի գլխավոր հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի ղեկավարի տեղակալ նշանակելու մասին: Հաշվի առնելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ձեռագիրը, այն, որ տեղակալ նշանակվելուց հետո պաշտոնյաները կարճ ժամկետում նշանակվում են այսպես ասած՝ հիմնական պաշտոնների, ստացվում է, որ Զարեհ Սինանյանի գլխին մութ ամպեր են կուտակվել: Մամուլը բազմիցս էր գրել, որ Փաշինյանը պատրաստվում է ազատվել Զարեհ Սինանյանից: Ի դեպ, ուշագրավ է, որ ինչպես և գրել էինք՝ կառավարության ներսում բավական թեժ պայքար է ընթանում այսպես կոչված` սորոսական թևի և ազգային թևի միջև, և աշխատանք է տարվում սորոսականներին բոլոր հնարավոր լծակներից զրկելու ուղղությամբ: Սինանյանը համարվում է սորոսական պաշտոնյա, այս տեսանկյունցի վերջինիս հեռանալը ավելի քան ռեալ է դառնում: Եվ հենց դա է պատճառը, որ Սփյուռքի հետ ՀՀ հարաբերությունները գրեթե զրոյացրած պաշտոնյան փորձում է սլաքները ուղղել կառավարության կողմը:
