Դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն նշանակելու մասով դատարանի որոշումը սպասելի էր, որովհետև նախադրյալներ կան: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցի ժամանակ ասաց Արմեն Չարչյանի փաստաբան Էրիկ Ալեքսանյանը:

Փաստաբանի խոսքով անհասկանալի էր դատարանի որոշումը խափանման միջոցի հետ կապված: 

«Անհասկանալին պայմանավորված է այն հանգամանքով, որ խափանման միջոցի քննարկումը հետաձգելու որոշում գործնականում առաջին անգամ եմ տեսնում: Խափանման միջոցի մասին որոշումը պետք է կայացվի անհապաղ և դրան պետք է լուծում տրվի: Հետաձգել մինչև էական հանգամանքների պարզումը, նման բան առաջին անգամ եմ տեսնում: Չեմ հասկանում, թե դատարանն ինչպես է այս որոշումը դատական ակտով պատճառաբանելու»,-ասաց Էրիկ Ալեքսանյանը:

Փաստաբանը նկատեց՝ գրեթե կասկած չունի, որ այս որոշումը կբողոքարկեն, քանի որ իրավական առումով որոշումն իրենց համար անհասկանալի է: Էրիկ Ալեքսանյանի խոսքով փորձաքննություն նշանակելը բավական երկար ժամանակ է պահանջելու:

«Հիմա մինչև այս որոշումն ուղարկվի համապատասխան պետական մարմին, մինչև համապատասխան հանձնաժողովը ձևավորվի, հետո այդ հանձնաժողովի ձևավորման հաստատումը լինի, որից հետո այդ փորձագետները պետք է տան: Այս ամեն մեկ կամ գուցե երկու ամիս ժամանակ է պահանջում: Որևէ մեկը կարո՞ղ է ասել այդ 1-2 ամսվա ընթացքում պարոն Չարչյանի առողջական վիճակն էլ ավելի կվատթարանա՞, թե՞ ոչ: Ես վստահ եմ, որ կվատթարանա: Այսինքն անձը պարտադիր պետք է ընկնի կոմայի մեջ, նրա առողջական վիճակը պարտադիր պետք է վատթարանա, որ պետությունը նոր հասկանա՝ լուրջ խնդրի հետ գործ ունե՞ն»,-ասաց փաստաբանը:

Վերջինս ընդգծեց՝ իրենց պետք չէ ուշացած արդարադատություն, քանի որ արդեն տեսել են այդ ուշացած արդարադատության հետևանքները:
