ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աննա Մկրտչյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում անդրադարձել է Հայաստանում սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտության մասին ՀՀ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների հայտարարություններին և դրանց ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի այսօրվա հայտարարության միջև ակնհայտ կապ է տեսել։

Պատգամավոր Աննա Մկրտչյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ շեշտել է, որ ստացվում է՝ թուրքի հրամանով Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխություն պետք է արվի։

«Երբ լսեցի անհայրենիք տականքի ու հազիվ նախարարի աթոռին հասածի հայտարարությունները սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների մասին մտածեցի, որ ինչպես միշտ՝ շեղում են կարևորից ու արհեստական հարցադրումներ ստեղծում։ Կարծեցի, որ ճանապարհներ են փնտրում լրացուցիչ բռնաճնշումների և սեփական անփառունակ ներկան երկարաձգելու համար, որովհետև իրենց գոյության միակ ճանապարհը, թեկուզև դավաճանի պիտակով, բայց ձևական իշխանության պահպանումն է։

Իրականությունն, ինչպես միշտ ավելի վատն էր, քան ես կարող էի պատկերացնել։

Փաստորեն, թուրքի հերթական հրամանով և բանավոր պայմանավորվածությամբ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխություն պիտի արվի։

Այս դավաճաններին ասելու բան չունեմ։ Սրանց պիտի կարողանանք վռնդել, ուրիշ ոչինչ։ Բայց  լուրջ դեմքով Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների շուրջ կարևորվելու խնդիր ունեցող մասնագիտական շրջանակներն ու արտախորհրդարանական այլընտրանքները  թող իմանան՝ թուրքի հրամանով Սահմանադրության փոփոխությանն են նպաստում», - գրել է պատգամավորը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, թե Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու համար Հայաստանը պետք է հրաժարվի իր Սահմանադրության տեքստից, որում Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջներ կան, և պետք է մշակի ու ընդունի նոր սահմանադրություն:
