Իրանական Tasnim լրատվական գործակալության փոխանցմամբ՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» կառուցումը, որը Հայաստանի տարածքով կմիացնի Ադրբեջանի երկու հատվածները և կանցնի Իրանի հետ սահմանով, լուրջ հետևանքներ կունենա տարածաշրջանի որոշ երկրների, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի և նույնիսկ հենց Հայաստանի համար, գրում է SisMasis տելեգրամյան ալիքը:

«Այս միջանցքի միջոցով՝ Իսրայելը կկարողանա հեշտությամբ փոխանցել տեխնիկան և սարքավորումները, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են տարածաշրջանի երկրներին լրտեսելու համար: Ինչպես հայտնի է, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը ընդունել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում պատերազմի ժամանակ իսրայելական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի օգտագործումը:

Ադրբեջանը և Թուրքիան կփորձեն բավարարել Երևանին` ներգրավելով նրան մի շարք տնտեսական նախագծերում կամ նույնիսկ էժան էներգիա մատակարարելով երկրին, բայց եթե Հայաստանը համաձայնի նման միջանցքի կառուցմանը, դա ինքն իրեն հասցված հարված կլինի»,֊գրում է ալիքը:

«Միջանցքը Թուրքիային կտրամադրի արագ, էժան, պակաս վտանգավոր և հեշտ մուտք դեպի Կովկաս և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի հանրապետություններ, և կիրականացնի գրեթե բոլոր թուրք առաջնորդների վաղեմի ձգտումները:

«Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» սպառնալիք է նաև Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի համար: «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» ստեղծումը ոչ միայն կվտանգի Հայաստանի անկախությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, այլև լուրջ հետևանքներ կունենա Ռուսաստանի համար, քանի որ երաշխիք չկա, որ այդ միջանցքը ի վերջո չի վերածվի Կովկասում և Կենտրոնական Ասիայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի ազդեցության միջանցքի, որը առավել կշրջափակի Ռուսաստանը: Միջանցքի կառուցումը, չնայած որոշ տնտեսական օգուտներին, կարող է նաև սպառնալիք լինել Չինաստանի համար, քանի որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի կարևոր անդամը ավելի արագ մուտք կգործի Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրներ»,֊հավելում է տելեգրամյան վերոնշյալ ալիքը:

«Միջանցքը կամրապնդի Թուրքիայի դիրքերը Ռուսաստանի հետ Ռուսաստանի հետ տարածաշրջանային իրադարձությունների, այդ թվում՝ Ղրիմի թերակղզու և Ուկրաինայի շուրջ բանակցություններում: Թուրքիայի այս քաղաքականությունը լիովին համընկնում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի շահերի հետ:

Այսպիսով, Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի կառուցումը, միևնույն ժամանակ օգուտ տալով Թուրքիային և Ադրբեջանին, կարող է վնասել տարածաշրջանի այլ երկրներին`Ռուսաստանին, Իրանին, Չինաստանին: Անհրաժեշտ է համատեղ քաղաքականություն վարել՝ բացասական հետևանքները նվազեցնելու համար, հակառակ դեպքում նման միջանցքը կդառնա միջանցք, որի միջոցով Իսրայելը և ՆԱՏՕ-ն կթափանցեն Կովկաս և Կենտրոնական Ասիա, այնուհետև տարածաշրջանի երկրները շատ ավելի մեծ կորուստներ կկրեն»,֊եզրափակում է հրապարակման հեղինակը:
