«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, լինելով երկրի ղեկավար, նաև մեր բոլորի ղեկավարն է, ընդհանրապես պետության ղեկավարի լուսանկարը պետության խորհրդանիշն է այո, նաեւ աշխատանքային գործունեության ժամանակ լինում է, որ նայում եմ լուսանկարին եւ հիշում, որ պետք է լինել ազնիվ, անաչառ եւ պահպանել այն բոլոր պահանջները, որոնք մեր առաջ դրել է վարչապետ»: Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 30-ին, կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Արդարադատության նախարար Կարեն Անդրեասյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով՝ ինչու է իր աշխատեսնյակում փակցրել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի լուսանկարը:

«Դրոշը, գերբը, ղեկավարի լուսանկարը ինձ համար խորհրդանիշ է, որը արժեքներ է նշանակում և այդ արժեքները է պետք է հարգել և դրանով առաջնորդվել»,- ասաց նախարարը 

Դիտարկմանը, որ սահմանադրության մեջ գրված չէ, որ երկրի ղեկավարի լուսանկարը խորհրդանիշ է, նախարարն արձագանքեց.

«Ամեն ինչ չէ, որ մենք անում ենք՝ սահմանադրության մեջ գրված է: Հաճախ կան որոշակի ներքին մղումներ, ցանկություններ, որոնք անում ես ոչ թե սահմանադրությունից բխելով, այլ՝ քո արժեհամակարգից ելնելով: Այն ինչ արգելված չէ, թույլատրված է: Ինձ համար սա նաև անձնական դիրքորշում է՝ երկրի խորհրդանիշների հանդեպ»,-նշեց նախարարը:
