Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հայաստանում ՌԴ դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինին։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց կյանքի որակի բարելավմանը, կենսաթոշակային ապահովության ոլորտում համագործակցությանն, ինչպես նաև սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտին  առնչվող մի շարք այլ հարցեր։   

Նարեկ Մկրտչյանի խոսքով՝ հետպատերազմական շրջանում նախարարության համար առաջնահերթություն է պատերազմից տուժած քաղաքացիների համար սոցիալական աջակցության միջոցառումների իրականացումը։ Այս համատեքստում նախարարը բարձր է գնահատել Ռուսաստանի դերակատարությունը ՀՀ-ում և Արցախում հետպատերազմյան մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու ուղղությամբ իրականացված աշխատանքներում։

Կարևորելով ԱՊՀ և ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում ՌԴ հետ համագործակցությունը՝ Նարեկ Մկրտչյանն ընդգծել է աշխատանքի և սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտում սոցիալական պայմանագրի ծրագրի ներդրման վերաբերյալ փորձագիտական աջակցության տրամադրման անհրաժեշտությունը․ «Նախարարությունն արժևորում և կարևորում է ՌԴ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ սոցիալ-աշխատանքային ոլորտում համագործակցության մասին համապարփակ հուշագրի մշակումն ու ստորագրումը։ Հաշվի առնելով Ռուսաստանի փորձն այդ ոլորտում՝ կցանկանայինք նաև քննարկել համագործակցության հնարավորությունը՝ ռազմավարությունների մշակման համատեքստում»։

Նախարարն ընդգծել է նաև Նորք տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնի կողմից մշակված և շահագործման հանձնված «Աշխատանք առանց սահմանների – Հայաստան» հարթակի կարևորությունը, որը համապատասխան ծրագրային ապահովման միջոցով ինտեգրվել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության «Աշխատանք առանց սահմանների» միասնական որոնողական համակարգին և գործարկվել 2021 թ․ հուլիսի 1-ից։ Նախարարի խոսքով՝ այս հարթակը ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների քաղաքացիների համար աշխատանքի որոնման, ինչպես նաև գործատուների համար թափուր աշխատատեղերի համալրման մեծ հնարավորություն է։

Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել աջակցել ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի իրականացման գործում․ «Հայաստանը մեզ համար կարևոր գործընկեր է, և մեր երկրների միջև համագործակցության շրջանակը բավականին լայն է։ Ուրախ կլինենք օգտակար լինել և աջակցել քննարկված ծրագրերի իրականացման հարցում»,-նշել է դեսպանը։  

Հանդիպման ավարտին պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել առաջիկայում այցելել Նորք տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոն և տեղում ծանոթանալ «Աշխատանք առանց սահմանների» հարթակի գործարկման մանրամասններին։
