Լոս Անջելեսում այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 1-ին, տեղի է ունեցել սիրված երգիչ Հայկոյի հոգեհանգիստը: Այս մասին հայտնում է «Ամերիկայի ձայնը»:

Հոգեհանգստին ներկա էին Հայկոյի ընկերները, գործընկերները և այն հայ երգիչները, որոնք արդեն քանի տարի է, ինչ բնակվում են ԱՄՆ-ում:

«Հայկոն առ այսօր այն Հայկոն է, որով ես առաջնորդվում էի, ով ինձ օգնում էր, ով ինձ խորհուրդներ էր տալիս: Ես, երբ նրա կողքին էի, ինձ լավ էի զգում»,- այս մասին լրագրողի հետ զրույցում ասաց երգիչ Ռազմիկ Ամյանը:

Քրիստինե Պպելյանն էլ նշեց, որ Հայկոն՝ հեռանալով, թողեց իր անունը, իր միտքն ու գույնը. «Հայկոն մեզ թողեց գրագետ երաժտական ժառանգություն, որի պակասը մենք այնքան երկար ենք դեռ ունենալու: Մենք շատ քիչ ունենք նման երաժիշտներ: Շատ մեծ կորուստ ունենք այսօր, մենք հպարտ ենք, որ առիթ ենք ունեցել ճանաչելու և ընկերություն անելու Հայկոյի հետ»,- ասաց երգչուհին:

Երգչուհի Աիդա Սարգսյանն ասաց, որ Հայկոն սեր է սփռել բոլորի սրտերում. «Հայկոն իր էությամբ կյանք է տվել, և իր ստեղծած յուրաքանչյուր երաժշտության մեջ մենք տեսել ենք իր սփռած սերը»,- ասաց նա:
