Բարձր ռիսկայնության 4-րդ աստիճան ունեցող քաղաքաշինական օբյեկտներում պետք է բացառվեն նախագծային շեղումները: Աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը ոլորտը վերահսկող կառույցների պատասխանատուներին ու վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարել է լինել հետևողական և ամենօրյա ստուգայցերի միջոցով հսկողություն սահմանել բոլոր օբյեկտներում:

Կենսաապահովման ոլորտում գործունեություն իրականացնող կառույցներին հանձնարարվել է վթարավերականգնողական աշխատանքների ժամանակ տարածքները կահավորել հատուկ նշաններով և պահպանել անհրաժեշտ մաքրություն: Հաշվի առնելով քաղաքում նկատվող թերացումները՝ քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է տեխբնութագրերում խստացնել որոշ կետեր:

Հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության հետ համատեղ ուժեղացնել հսկողությունը՝ բաց թափքով շինանյութ տեղափոխող բեռնատարների երթևեկումը քաղաքում արգելելու նպատակով: Հաճախ, որոշ շինարարական կազմակերպություններ խախտում են սահմանված կարգն ու աղտոտում քաղաքի փողոցները, ինչպես նաև չեն պահպանում անվտանգության կանոնները:

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի կողմից՝ «Քաղաքային կանաչ լուսավորություն» ծրագրի շրջանակներում ստեղծված վերականգնվող ֆոնդի խնայված միջոցներով Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանում մեկնարկել են արտաքին լուսավորության ցանցի արդիականացման աշխատանքները: Մի շարք փողոցներում նատրիումային լամպերը փոխարինվում են ժամանակակից, էներգախնայող լուսադիոդային լուսատուներով:

Համայնքային իշխանության, համատիրությունների ու բնակիչների համագործակցությամբ Երևանի վարչական շրջաններում շարունակվում է բազմաբնակարան շենքերի աղբամուղների փակման գործընթացը: Զեկուցվել է, որ 3691 աղբամուղներից 2464-ն արեն իսկ փակվել է՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ բազմաբնակարաններում առկա աղբամուղների ավելի քան 66%-ը: Նշվել է նաև, որ փակված աղբամուղների տարածքում նկատելի են դարձել ապօրինի զավթումները: Վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարվել է բացառել նման դեպքերը։

Մայրաքաղաքում հաճախակիացել են հասարակական տրանսպորտի կանգառասրահները վնասելու դեպքերը: Հանձնարարվել է ոստիկանության հետ համատեղ մշտական հսկողություն իրականացնել և պատասխանատվության ենթարկել քաղաքային գույքը վնասողներին:

Մայրաքաղաքում շարունակվում են Covid-19-ի դեմ պատվաստումները: Հոկտեմբերի 1-ի դրությամբ Երևանում պատվաստվել է 194 հազար 628 քաղաքացի:
