Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն այսօր ընդունել է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Լուիզ Մուշիկիվաբոյին և նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Լուիզ Մուշիկիվաբոն նշել է, որ Երևանում 2018թ. կայացած Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության 17-րդ գագաթնաժողովում կազմակերպության ղեկավար ընտրվելուց հետո՝ ուրախ է վերադառնալ Հայաստան և Հանրապետության նախագահի հետ քննարկել համագործակցության ուղղությունները, ինչպես նաև լսել Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության շրջանակում գործակցության զարգացման վերաբերյալ նրա մոտեցումները:

Ներկայացնելով կազմակերպության գործունեության հիմնական ուղղություններն ու ծրագրերը՝ գլխավոր քարտուղարը մասնավորապես ընդգծել է, որ կազմակերպությունը մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձնում հատկապես երիտասարդներին ուղղված ծրագրերին՝ փորձելով նրանց համար ստեղծել տարբեր հարթակներ և հնարավորություններ, ինչպես նաև կարևորում է անդամ երկրների միջև տնտեսական ոլորտում տարբեր ուղղություններով ու ձևաչափերով գործակցության զարգացումը:

Ողջունելով Լուիզ Մուշիկիվաբոյի այցը Հայաստան՝ նախագահ Սարգսյանն անդրադարձել է այն ուղղություններին, որոնց շրջանակում հնարավոր է արդյունավետ համագործակցություն ստեղծել կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների հետ: Նա մասնավորապես նկատել է, որ գալիք տարի Հայաստանում անցկացվելիք գիտության ու արվեստի միջազգային STARMUS 6-րդ փառատոնը լավ հնարավորություն է անդամ երկրների երիտասարդներին ներգրավելու, նրանց միջև կապեր ստեղծելու և գիտության ու արվեստի շուրջ գործակցությունը խթանելու համար:

Նախագահ Սարգսյանի խոսքով՝ փոխգործակցության մեկ այլ հնարավորություն կարող է ձևավորվել իր նախաձեռնած՝ Փոքր և խելացի երկրների ակումբի ստեղծման գաղափարի շուրջ: «Մենք միասին կարող են փոքր, բայց նշանակալի ծրագրեր իրականացնել»,- ասել է նախագահ Սարգսյանը: Հաշվի առնելով թե՛ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության և թե՛ Եվրամիության հետ Հայաստանի արտոնյալ տնտեսական ռեժիմների առկայությունը՝ նախագահն ասել է, որ ֆրանկոֆոն երկրների բիզնեսի և ներդրումների համար այդ առումով ևս Հայաստանը կարող է հետաքրքիր լինել: Խոսվել է նաև տեխնոլոգիական և գիտատեխնիկական զարգացմանն ուղղված՝ նախագահական АТОМ նախաձեռնության շրջանակում համագործակցության հնարավորությունների մասին:

Նախագահ Սարգսյանը կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների ներկայացուցիչներին հրավիրել է նաև ներգրավվածություն ունենալ Հայաստանում անցկացվելիք «Մտքերի հայկական գագաթնաժողով»-ին, որի հիմնական թեմաները նվիրված են լինելու գլոբալ և տարածաշրջանային աշխարհաքաղաքականությանը և նոր տեխնոլոգիաներին:

Լուիզ Մուշիկիվաբոն ասել է, որ ներկայացված ուղղությունները իրապես գործակցության զարգացման մեծ ներուժ ունեն:
