«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեն մի ամբողջ օր գրել-ջնջելուց հետո՝ երեկ՝ աշխատանքային օրվա ավարտին, վերջապես հարկ համարեց Հայաստանի տարածքով Նախիջեւան մեկնած ադրբեջանական օդանավի՝ դեռ առավոտից աղմուկ հանած թեմային անդրադառնալ: Հաղորդագրությունն այն մասին էր, որ ադրբեջանական ավիաընկերություններից մեկին պատկանող օդանավը Հայաստանի օդային տարածքը հատել է՝ դեռ մի քանի տարի առաջ կնքված «Բաց երկինք» պայմանագրի համաձայն:

Հայաստանի օդային տարածքը փաստացի երբեք էլ փակ չի եղել Ադրբեջանի համար, ուղղակի դեռեւս 2013-2014 թթ. Ադրբեջանն ինքն իր նախաձեռնությամբ է դադարել օգտվել Հայաստանի օդային տարածքից, որպեսզի մեր օդային տարածքից օգտվելու համար ստիպված չլինի հարկեր վճարել: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը երեկ՝ ամբողջ օրը, փորձեց ճշտել, թե Քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեն ադրբեջանական կողմից արդյոք գանձում կատարել է մեր օդային ուղիներից հակառակորդ երկրի ավիաընկերությանն օգտվելու հանարավորություն տալու համար: Կոմիտեի քաղաքային հեռախոսահամարներին զանգերը, սակայն, զարմանալի զուգադիպությամբ անարձագանք մնացին: Չգիտես՝ ինչ հրաշքով, հերթական զանգերից մեկին արձագանքեց Կոմիտեի գլխավոր քարտուղար Միքայել Զալինյանը: Նա մեր հարցը լսելուց հետո որոշեց, որ առցանց ինչ-որ թրեյնինգի է մասնակցում:

Նա ո՛չ հաստատեց, ո՛չ էլ հերքեց հարցադրումը՝ նախընտրելով առցանց թրեյնինգին մասնակցել: Երեկոյան կողմ մեր խմբագրություն Քաղավիացիայի թռիչքային պիտանիության վարչության պետ Կարեն Գյուրջյանը զանգահարեց: «Բաց թողած զանգերը տեսա, հետ զանգեցի, բայց Ձեր հարցի հասցեատերը ես չեմ: Ենթադրում եմ՝ գումարների հարցով «Հայէրոնավիագացիա» ՓԲԸ-ն է զբաղվում»,- ուղղորդեց մեզ: «Հայէրոնավիագացիան» էլ, պարզվեց, գումարային փոխանցումներին հարցին պատասխանելու լիազորություն «վերեւներից» չի ստացել: «Ինձ, մեզ արգելել են խոսել այդ թեմայով: Ինչքան էլ փորձեք ինֆորմացիա ճշտել, չի ստացվի, դրան պետք է կոմիտեն պատասխանի»,- հարցի պատասխանն իր վրայից գցելով՝ ասաց Սեւակ անունով ներկայացած ՓԲԸ-ի աշխատակիցը:

Պարզեցինք նաեւ, որ Կոմիտեն՝ լրատվական ծառայություն, տիկին Տաթեւիկ Ռեւազյանն էլ մամուլի քարտուղար չունի: Ռեւազյանի օգնական Լիլիթի հետ կապ հաստատեցինք, խոստացավ ճշտել հարցի պատասխանն ու հետ զանգել: Ինչպես սպասվում էր, ոչ միայն հետ չզանգեց, այլեւ անպատասխան թողեց մեր բոլոր զանգերը: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ավիափորձագետ Նավիկ Խաչատրյանը բացատրեց՝ որեւէ երկրի օդային ուղիներով թռիչք իրականացող ավիաընկերությունն ավիացիոն ծախսերի համար վճարում է անում: «Գումարի չափը ձեւավորվում է՝ ըստ օդանավի քաշի, նրա անցած կիլոմետրի ու ինչ-որ գործակցի բազմապատկման:

Գումարը ստանում է «Հայէրոնավիգացիան», որ Կոմիտեին է ենթարկվում: Կոմիտեն էլ իր հերթին այդ գումարը բյուջե է փոխանցում»,- մանրամասնեց Խաչատրյանը: Ենթադրելի է, որ ադրբեջանական ավիաընկերությունը, գործող կարգի համաձայն, ՀՀ օդային ուղիներից օգտվելու համար որոշակի հարկ վճարել է, ինչը, սակայն, Կոմիտեն ո՛չ հաստատում, ո՛չ էլ հերքում է: Հուսանք՝ Էդմոն Մարուքյանի ասած «սիրուն աղջկա» ղեկավարած կառույցը ադրբեջանական կողմից դրամական համապատասխան փոխանցումները ստացել է, ոչ թե բարի կամք դրսեւորել ու օդը բացելով՝ ասել՝ էստի համեցե՛ք:

Ի դեպ, սա աննախադեպ բան է, երբ պատերազմից հետո հայկական կողմը սիրահոժարություն է դրսեւորում Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ՝ գաղտնի պահելով, թե ինչի դիմաց»:
