 ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ Վահագն Ալեքսանյանը ներկայացրեց հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահի պաշտոնում ընդդիմության թեկնածու Արթուր Ղազինյանին արդեն 6-րդ անգամ չընտրելու պատճառները:

Ալեքսանյանը նախ նշեց, որ հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահը ոչ մի առանձնահատուկ լիազորություն չունի մյուս անդամներից, նա ընդամենը վարում է նիստը, երբ հանձնաժողովի նախագահը բացակայում է:

«Պատճառները շատ են, օրինակ՝ մեկն այն, որ Ղազինյանը չի ծառայել ՀՀ զինված ուժերում, դրա հետ մեկտեղ նա չի տիրապետում Զինված ուժերին վերաբերվող տարրական հարցերի: Պետք է պատկերացում ունենալ ԶՈՒ կառուցվածքի մասին առնվազն, Ղազինյանը դա չունի»,- ասաց Ալեքսանյանը:

Անդրադառնալով Ղազինյանին չընտրելու հաջորդ պատճառին՝ Ալեքսանյանն ասաց, որ Ղազինյանն իր ֆինանսական միջոցների մասին ոչ մի կերպ պարզաբանում չի ներկայացնում, թե որտեղից է ստացել: «Ասում է, որ բիզնես է արել, բայց երբ նրան հարցնում ենք, թե կոնկրետ ինչ բիզնես է արել, դրա մասին ոչ մի տեղեկատվություն չկա»,- ասաց նա:

Դրանից զատ, պատգամավորի խոսքով, Արթուր Ղազինյանն անում է մի շարք հայտարարություններ, որոնք իր համար անընդունելի են: «Ինչպե՞ս եք պատկերացնում, որ Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահը դրական վերաբերմունք ունենա ԶՈՒ-ի՝ Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական կյանքում ներգրավվածությանը: Դա ինձ համար անընդունելի է»,- ասաց պատգամավորը՝ վստահեցնելով, որ կան բազմաթիվ այլ պատճառներ ևս:

Նա հավելեց, որ ցանկալի թեկնածու չունեն, ունեն ոչ ցանկալի թեկնածու, և այդ մարդը Արթուր Ղազինյանն է:

ՔՊ-ից Բաբկեն Թունյանն էլ վերահաստատեց, որ հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահը որևէ ավելի լիազորություն չունի՝ բացի աշխատավարձի փոքր տարբերությունից ու հանձնաժողովի նախագահի բացակայության դեպքում նիստերը վարելու տարբերությունից:

«Միգուցե հարցեր պետք է նաև ուղղել, թե ինչու՞ է այդքան սկզբունքային հենց Արթուր Ղազինյանի անձի առաջադրումն այդ նույն պաշտոնում, երբ մենք ուզում ենք, որ այդ հանձնաժողովը գա նորմալ կառուցողական մթնոլորտում աշխատելու ռեժիմ»,- ասաց Թունյանը՝ պատասխանելով լրագրողներին:

ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովը արդեն 6-րդ անգամ հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահի պաշտոնում չի ընտրել ընդդիմադիր «Հայաստան» խմբակցության թեկնածու Արթուր Ղազինյանին:
