«Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը ներկայումս ծառացած ամենակարևոր խնդիրներից մեկը համարում է տեղահանված արցախցիների հարցը:

Այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանը՝  խմբակցության կազմակերպած «Տեղահանված ու բռնագրավված Հադրութ. մեկ տարի անց. հիմնահարցեր եւ մարտահրավերներ» թեմայով հանրային քննարկմանը:

Օհանյանը նախ նշեց՝ Հայաստանի և Արցախի շուրջ անվտանգության միջավայրն ավելի փխրուն է դարձել: Ըստ նրա՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված պատերազմից մեկ տարի անց Հայաստանի համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների կողմից լիարժեք գնահատական չի տրվել այդ իրավիճակին: Օհանյանի կարծիքով՝ բազմաթիվ թերություններ կան, որոնք վերաբերում են պետական կառավարման, ռազմական կառավարման և այլ ոլորտներին:

«Մենք հայտնվել ենք աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումների և նաև գերտերությունների  ուշադրության և շահերի կիզակետում: Միշտ եղել ենք այդ կիզակետում, ավելացել է միայն մի բան, որ տարածաշրջանային դերակատարները, հատկապես Թուրքիան, թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմը ներխուժել է Հարավային Կովկաս, մեր տարածքներ, Արցախ՝ տարբեր վերահսկող օրգանների միջոցով և այսօր էլ փորձում է ճնշումներ գործադրել և Հայաստանի և Արցախի վրա՝ փորձելով ընդլայնել իր ազդեցությունը տարածաշրջանում՝ իր մեծ նպատակներն իրականացնելու համար»,- ասաց Օհանյանը:

Ըստ նրա՝ այդ իրականության մեջ մի քանի ուղղություններով լուրջ աշխատանք պետք է կատարվեր վերջին մեկ տարում: Օհանյանը նշեց, որ խնդիրները լուրջ են հատկապես Սյունիքում: Նա վստահեցրեց, որ «Հայաստան» դաշինքը բոլոր առիթներով միջազգային հանդիպումներում բարձրաձայնում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից գերիների չվերադարձնելու, խոշտանգումների, վայրագությունների և այլ հարցեր՝ դատապարտելու Ադրբեջանին՝ իրականացրած հանցագործությունների և դրանք դեռ շարունակելու համար:

«Ամենակարևոր խնդիրներից մեկը տեղահանվածների հարցն է՝ երկու առումով, առաջինը մեր հայրենիքի մի մասի՝ Հադրութի, Շուշիի կորուստը,  որն ամենացավալին է, և տեղահանվածների սոցիալական խնդիրները»,-  ասաց Օհանյանը:

Խմբակցության ղեկավարը շեշտեց՝ տեղահանված անձանց վիճակն ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահելը պետության խնդիրն է:

«ՌԴ խաղաղապահ ուժերը, փառք Աստծո, Արցախում են: Բայց նրանց գոյությունն  էլ հեռանկարային առումով անորոշ է»,- ասաց Օհանյանը:
