Հոկտեմբերի 13-ին Մոսկվայում (Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն)՝ Ս. Դանիելի պատրիարքանիստ վանքում, միջնորդությամբ Մոսկվայի և Համայն Ռուսիո Կիրիլ Պատրիարքի, տեղի ունեցավ Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հոգևոր առաջնորդների հանդիպումը։

Հանդիպումից հետո Կովկասի ժողովուրդների բարձրագույն կրոնական խորհրդի նախագահ Ալլահշուքյուր Փաշազադեն հայտարարել է, թե «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ այլևս գոյություն չունի»:

«Իրավիճակը, որը ծագեց այն բանից հետո, երբ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ին երեք երկրների առաջնորդները ստորագրեցին հայտարարություն, որը վերջ դրեց Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև ռազմական գործողություններին և զինված հակամարտությանը, նոր դարաշրջանի հնարավորություններ է ստեղծում Հարավային Կովկասում, և այսուհետ այնտեղ ռևանշիստական ​​հռետորաբանության, վրեժխնդրության, թշնամանքի կոչերի համար տեղ չպետք է լինի, անհրաժեշտ է համագործակցություն սկսել ի շահ երկու ժողովուրդների»,- ասել է նա:

Փաշազադեն նաեւ նշել է, թե իբր «Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական եւ աշխարհագրական քարտեզի վրա չկա Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ անունով տարածքային միավոր»:

«Այսօր Ստեփանակերտում և հարակից բնակավայրերում ապրող հայերը, ինչպես մյուս էթնիկ խմբերի ներկայացուցիչները, Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիներ են և պարտավոր են ենթարկվել ադրբեջանական օրենսդրությանը: Ինչ վերաբերում է կարգավիճակին, ապա այդ հարցը Ադրբեջանի համար քննարկման առարկա չէ», - ասել է Փաշազադեն:

Նշենք, որ 2008 թվականին Լոս Անջելեսի հանդուրժողականության կենտրոնի ղեկավար, ռաբբի Աբրահամ Քուփերի հետ հանդիպմանը Փաշազադեն հայտարարել է, թե հայերի հետ բանակցությունները չեն հանգեցնում ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության լուծմանը, քանի որ «սուտը և դավաճանությունը հայերի արյան մեջ են»:
