 Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հոկտեմբերի 14-ին մասնակցել է Բելառուսի մայրաքաղաք Մինսկում գումարված ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի նիստին:

«Միջոցառման ընթացքում, որն անց է կացվել նեղ, այնուհետև՝ ընդլայնված ձևաչափով, ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները, կառույցի հետագա զարգացման համատեքստում, մտքեր են փոխանակել տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային հարցերի շուրջ, մանրամասն քննարկել են ԱՊՀ շրջանակներում քաղաքական, առևտրատնտեսական, մշակութային ու հումանիտար փոխգործակցությանն առնչվող հարցեր»,- հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից:

ԱԳ նախարարներն ամփոփել են հիմնադրումից ի վեր՝ անցած երեսուն տարիների ընթացքում իրականացված աշխատանքները և իրագործված ծրագրերը, դիտարկել են ԱՊՀ զարգացման հեռանկարները և գործունեության առաջնահերթ ուղղությունները:

Նիստի ընթացքում նախարար Միրզոյանն, անդրադառնալով կառույցի հետագա զարգացմանն, ընդգծել է մասնակից պետությունների կողմից ԱՊՀ հիմնարար փաստաթղթերում արտացոլված ինքնիշխանության և ժողովուրդների իրավահավասարության ու ինքնորոշման իրավունքի, պետական սահմանների անխախտելիության, ուժ և ուժի սպառնալիքի չկիրառման ու վեճերի՝ խաղաղ միջոցներով կարգավորման սկզբունքներին հավատարմության կարևորությունը։  

Վերոնշյալը շեշտվել է Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված ռազմական ագրեսիայի համատեքստում։ Կարևորելով նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթների, մասնավորապես՝ հայ ռազմագերիների և այլ պահվող անձանց անհապաղ ազատ արձակումը և ադրբեջանական ԶՈւ վերահսկողության տակ հայտնված տարածքներում հայկական մշակութային և հոգևոր ժառանգության պահպանման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ նախարար Միրզոյանը շեշտել է նաև, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության մանդատի ներքո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության համապարփակ կարգավորումը մեծապես կնպաստի Հարավային Կովկասում տևական խաղաղության հաստատմանը։ 

ԱԳՆԽ նիստի արդյունքներով ընդունվել են մի շարք հայտարարություններ, որոնք հաջորդ օրը կներկայացվեն ԱՊՀ պետությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի հաստատմանը։

Նիստի ընթացքում համաձայնեցվել են նաև ԱՊՀ շրջանակներում արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների միջև բազմամակարդակ խորհրդակցությունների 2022թ. ծրագիրը, Կենսաբանական և թունավոր զենքի արգելման կոնվենցիայի ամրապնդման մասին ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների ԱԳ նախարարների հայտարարությունը, Ահաբեկչությանը և ծայրահեղականության այլ դրսևորումներին հակազդման խնդիրների հետազոտության հարցերով ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների բազային կազմակերպություն ստեղծելու որոշումը  և այլ փաստաթղթեր:
