Մտահոգիչ է վիճակը առաջնագծում և առհասարակ մեր բանակում։ Ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը բազմիցս ամենաբարձր ամբիոններից հայտարարում է բանակային ռեֆորմների ու նոր, մարտունակ բանակի ստեղծման մասին, բայց մինչեւ հիմա չի նկատվում, նույնիսկ չի նշմարվում դրա հեռանկարը։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի վերլուծաբան, պատերազմի մասնակից Հունան Հակոբյանը։

«Մտահոգիչ է վիճակը առաջնագծում և առհասարակ մեր բանակում։ Ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը բազմիցս ամենաբարձր ամբիոններից հայտարարում է բանակային ռեֆորմների ու նոր, մարտունակ բանակի ստեղծման մասին, բայց մինչեւ հիմա չի նկատվում, նույնիսկ չի նշմարվում դրա հեռանկարը։

Ռազմական գործողությունների անցել է մեկ տարի, բայց տարրական ինժեներական աշխատանքներ չեն իրականացվել առաջնագծում, չկան փորված խրամատներ ու կառուցված հենակետերը։ Երեկվա ու մի քանի ամիս առաջ Վարդենիսի հատվածում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպերը, որոնց ընթացքում ունեցանք վիրավորներ, իսկ վերջինում նաև կորուստ, հենց ամրաշինական աշխատանքների բացակայության արդյունքն է։

Վրաններում պատսպարված զինվորները սահմանային լարվածությանը ընթացքում ցավոք սրտի չեն կարող խուսափել կորուստներից, չեն կարող կատարել մարտական խնդիրներ։ Իրենց ուղղությամբ արձակված ցանկացած փամփուշտ կարող է վնաս հասցնել, էլ չեմ ասում խոշոր տրամաչափի զինատեսակների կիրառության մասին։ Այն աստիճան է հասել, որ նույնիսկ պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունն, աշխատանքների չիրականացման մասին անթաքույց հայտնում է։

Էլ չեմ խոսում բանակում տիրող կարգ ու կանոնի և բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակի մասի, որի վերականգնման համար լուրջ ու հետևողական աշխատանքներ են հարկավոր։

Իսկ թե կգտնվեն մարդիկ, ովքեր կասեն, որ գումար չկա, թող հիշեն, որ սեպտեմբերի 21ի միջոցառման համար ծախսված գումարներով հնարավոր էր կահավորել ողջ առաջնագիծը։
