«ՆԻԿՈԼ, ՀԵՌԱՑԻՐ

Այսօր, հոկտեմբերի 15-ին, ԱՊՀ երկրների ղեկավարների հեռավար հանդիպումն էր, որը հեռարձակվում էր «Россия 24» հեռւստաալիքով, եւ մեզ բախտ վիճակվեց (կամ միգուցե՝ դժբախտություն) ուղիղ եթերում ունկնդրել Ալիեւի եւ Փաշինյանի ելույթները։

Ալիեւն իր ելույթում մեղադրեց Հայաստանին բազմաթիվ հանցագործությունների մեջ, Ադրբեջանի տարածքները օկուպացնելու եւ ամբողջությամբ ավերելու, մզկիթները քանդելու կամ մւսուլմաններին հատուկ վիրավորելու նպատակով մզկիթներում խոզեր պահելու, Իրանի հետ միասին, ըստ էության, պետականորեն նարկոտրաֆիկ կազմակերպելու եւ նմանատիպ այլ բաների համար։

Նրանից անմիջապես հետո ելույթ ունեցավ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Մի կողմ թողնեմ ռուսերենի գրավոր տեքստը դժվարությամբ եւ անգրագետ մարդու առոգանությամբ կարդալու խնդիրները, որոնք բնորոշ են նաեւ իր անգլերենին։ Բովանդակությամբ դա մի խղճուկ ելույթ էր, որում Փաշինյանը ոչ մի համարժեք պատասխան չտվեց Ալիեւի շահարկումներին ու ստերին եւ Հայաստանին այդպիսի լայն լսարանի առջեւ նվաստացնելու փորձերին։

Մասնավորապես, Փաշինյանը հերթական անգամ չներկայացրեց ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության էությունը եւ պատերազմական գործողությունների հրահրման իրական մեղավորներին։ Պետք էր ասել, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի եւ Ադրբեջանի կառավարության միջեւ հակամարտության գլխվավոր պատճառը եղել է Ադրբեջանի՝ ըստ էության ցեղասպան մտադրությունը ռազմական գործողություններով հայաթափելու Արցախը, որը հանդգնել էր պահանջել անվտանգություն եւ ազատություն։ Պետք էր ասել, որ անվտանգության գոտին ստեղծվել էր հենց մարդկանց կյանքն ու անվտանգությունն ապահովելու նպատակով, այն բանից հետո, երբ Ադրբեջանում տեղի ունեցան հայերի բազմաթիվ ջարդեր, իսկ հետագայում նաեւ Ադրբեջանը բազմիցս խախտելով զինադադարի մասին պայմանավորվածությունները եւ ՄԱԿ֊ի անվտանգության Խորհրդի բանաձեւերը, վերսկսել էր պատերազմական հարձակումները։ Փաշինյանը այս ամենը չգիտի՞, թե՞ նպատակահարմար չի համարել հիշատակել։ Ստացվեց այնպես, կարծես Ադրբեջանն իրեն պահել է հրեշտակի պես, իսկ դաժան եւ վայրի հայերը օկուպացրել են Ադրբեջանի տարածքները եւ զբաղվել քանդարարությամբ եւ վանդալիզմով։

Նիկոլը նաեւ չբացատրեց, որ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության ավարտի մասին Ալիեւի պնդումներ անհիմն են, քանի դեռ լուծված չէ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի անվտանգության եւ ազատության խնդիրը, ինչը, ինչպես արդեն ասվեց, ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության բուն պատճառն է։

Ալիեւի մեղադրանքները Իրանի հետ պայմանավորված նարկոտրաֆիկ կազմակերպելու վերաբերյալ հավասարազոր էին Հայաստանն ու Իրանը կազմակերպված հանցագործությամբ զբաղվող եւ հովանավորող պետություններ հայտարարելուն, ինչին պետք էր շատ հստակ հակահարված տալ։ Ալիեւի պնդումները պետք է որակվեին որպես ստախոս թշնամական պրոպագանդա, որն ուղղված է հաշտության եւ լարվածության, ինչպես նաեւ էթնիկ ատելության մթնոլորտի հաղթահարման բոլոր ջանքերի դեմ։ Սակայն Նիկոլը վախենում էր տալ Ալիեւի կամ Ադրբեջանի անունը, անգամ երբ խոսեց այն մասին, որ սադրանքները մեր տարածաշրջանւմ ամենօրյա առօրյա են դարձել։

Փաշինյանի նման վախվորածության պատճառը ակնհայտ է, եւ այն որեւէ կապ չունի դիվանագիտության կամ խաղաղության հաստատման անհրաժեշտության հետ։ Նրա պահվածքը նման է քուչի պոռոտախոս լակոտի վարքին, որը հոխորտում է փողոցային կռվից առաջ, իսկ հետո ընդունում իրեն ծեծածի գերակայությունը։ Համարժեք չեն ոչ նրա սպառնալից հոխորտանքը պատերազմից առաջ, ոչ էլ՝ պարտությունից հետո ամենինչում զիջելու եւ ամեն գնով Ալիեւի բարկությունից խուսափելու ցանկությունը։

ԱՊՀ այսօրվա նիստը ցույց տվեց, թե ինչպես է Փաշինյանը «պաշտպանում» մեր ազգային շահերը միջազգային բանակցություններում։ Նման ղեկավարով եւ նրա քաղաքականությունն իրականացնող ներկայացուցիչներով եւ դիվանագետներով մենք բոլոր բանակցություններում եւ հարթակներում ներկայացվելու ենք սխալ, անհամոզիչ եւ արդյունքում անընդհատ պարտվելու ենք։ Այս ամենը ցույց է տալիս նաեւ, որ պարտված, նվաստացված ղեկավարը չի կարող արժանապատիվ եւ արդյունավետ հետապնդել մեր շահերը նրան պարտության եւ նվաստացման ենթարկած ղեկավարի առաջ, ոչ միայն տգիտության, այլ նաեւ՝ զուտ հոգեբանական պատճառներով»:
