«Ժողովուրդ». Քոչարյան Անդրանիկը փորձում է Արթիկում իշխանության բերել «նախկինների՞ն»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Համայնքների խոշորացման ծրագիրը նախընտրական նոր կրքեր է բորբոքում մեր երկրում: Օրեր առաջ իշխող «ՔՊ»-ն պարտություններ կրեց Գորիսում, Մեղրիում եւ Գյումրիում ու ի ցույց դրեց այն, որ կուսակցության ներսում, առանց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, թեկուզ եւ թեթեւ հարցեր լուծելու, կազմակերպելու ունակ մարդ չկա:

Սրան զուգահեռ մեզ տեղեկություններ են հասնում, որ թիմի ներսում շատ են առանձին «խաղեր տվողները», որոնք, առանց համաձայնեցնելու իշխանությունների հետ, սկսել են խոշորացվող նոր համայքներում «իշխանիկներ» կարգել:

Երեկ ահազանգ ստացանք, որ Շիրակի՝ մեծությամբ երկրորդ խոշորացվող քաղաք Արթիկում սկսել են գլուխ բարձրացնել կիսակրիմինալ տարրերը, որոնք ցանկանում են գալիք ընտրություններում իրենց թեկնածուն ունենալ՝ ի դեմս Պեմզաշեն համայնքի ղեկավար Անանիկ Ոսկանյանի:

Վերջինս ավելի շատ հայտնի է որպես Երկրապահի Անան, մինչեւ իշխանափոխությունը ամենուր ներկայանում էր որպես գեներալ Մանվելի մարդ, իսկ այդ ընթացքում հասցրել է խոշոր չափերի գույք ձեռք բերել, այդ թվում՝ իրենց համայնքի գազալցակայանը, Երեւանում բնակարան, թանկարժեք ամենագնաց եւ այլն:

Նախկին իշխանությունների հետ սերտաճած, հատկապես ընտրությունների ժամանակ հայտնի ձեւերով ՀՀԿ-ի համար աշխատած անձը գլուխ է գովել, որ հարցերը լուծել է. մասնավորապես խոսում են, որ նա կարողացել է դուրս գալ ՊՆ ՌՈ մի աշխատակցի վրա, վերջինս կապվել է ԱԺ պատգամավոր Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի հետ ու ինչ-ինչ հանգամանքներից հետո սկսել է իրեն հայտարարել իշխանական թեկնածու, կամ գոնե վերեւից «դաբռո» ունեցող մարդ:

Ի դեպ, Անանիկը սերտ հարաբերությունների մեջ է ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Մուշեղ Պետոյանի հետ, որն արդեն հասցրել է երկրից տանել իր բիզնեսը, կապիտալը ու հիմա ՌԴ հարավային երկրամասում ծաղկող բիզնեսներ ունի, իսկ ԱԺ վերջին ընտրությունների ժամանակ հետ էր վերադարձել Արթիկ ու բացել Քոչարյանի շտաբ` իր շրջապատին ակտիվորեն լծելով հականիկոլական պայքարի:

Այնուամենայնիվ, Արթիկի մեր աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ, չնայած այսպես կոչված գյուղապետերի հնարովի դաշինքի, Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի ու մյուսների ջանքերի, խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավարը կլինի հենց Արթիկ քաղաքի բնակիչ, առավել եւս չեն ուզում լսել նախկինների հետ առնչվող որեւէ անուն` մատնանշելով 30 տարի այդ քաղաքում ու շրջակա գյուղերում զերոյական աշխատանքը:

Մեզ հետ զրույցում իշխող կուսակցության մարզային ներկայացուցիչներից մեկը նշեց, որ կուսակցության անդամների նման քայլերն են, որ հանգեցնում են ՏԻՄ-երում Նիկոլի կուսակցության պարտությանը, գնում ու աշխատում են հին, ժամանակին փող բաժանած ու հովանավորչություններից օգտվածների հետ՝ դրանով իսկ հիասթափություն մտցնելով մարդկանց մեջ ե՛ւ երկրի ապագայի, ե՛ւ հենց Փաշինյանի անձի նկատմամբ»:
