Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր նորանշանակ դեսպան Անն Լույոյին:

Վարչապետը ողջունել է տիկին դեսպանին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում և շնորհավորել նրան նշանակման առիթով: «Մեր երկրների միջև հաստատված առանձնաշնորհյալ հարաբերությունների մասին շատ բան կարելի է ասել և ամբողջը դրական շեշտադրումներով: Երբ մտածում եմ Ֆրանսիայի և Հայաստանի հարաբերությունների մասին ու փորձում եմ պատասխանել հարցին, թե ի՞նչ կարող ենք անել այդ հարաբերությունների համատեքստում, միանշանակ պատասխան եմ ստանում, որ պիտի կարողանանք ուժեղացնել մեր համագործակցությունը տնտեսական ոլորտում, որովհետև մնացած ոլորտներում կամ ամեն ինչ արել ենք, կամ ամեն ինչ անելու ճանապարհին ենք:

Եվ սա չափազանց կարևոր եմ համարում մեր քաղաքական հարաբերություններն ամրապնդելու ու ավելի արդյունավետ դարձնելու իմաստով: Ուրախ եմ արձանագրել, որ կարծես այս հարցում Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության նախագահ, իմ բարեկամ Էմանուել Մակրոնը նույնպես այդպիսի պատկերացում ունի»,- ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Վարչապետն ընդգծել է Ֆրանսիայի դերը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի համանախագահության, ԼՂ հարցի ու խաղաղ բանակցությունների արդյունավետության, հակամարտության կարգավորման առումով: «Կրկին ողջունելով Ձեզ՝ հույս ունեմ, որ ահա այս հարցերի համատեքստում նոր ակտիվություն կցուցաբերվի Ձեր նշանակման արդյունքում և նախկինում մեր ունեցած հարուստ օրակարգը նաև կնշանավորվի ու կարժանավորվի նոր ձեռքբերումներով»,- ասել է կառավարության ղեկավարը:

Դեսպան Լույոն շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վարչապետին ջերմ հյուրընկալության համար և նշել. «Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանի համար Հայաստանը մի հերթական երկիր չէ: Ինձ համար շատ լուրջ պատասխանատվություն է լինել Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Հայաստանում՝ հաշվի առնելով ինչպես մեր հարաբերությունների երկարատև բնույթն ու ակտիվությունը, այնպես էլ, պարոն վարչապետ, Ձեր անձնական հարաբերությունը մեր երկրի նախագահի հետ»,- ասել է Անն Լույոն և վարչապետին փոխանցել Էմանուել Մակրոնի ջերմ ողջույնները:

Դեսպանը վստահեցրել է, որ իր գործունեության ընթացքում կանի ամեն ինչ՝ մեր երկրների քաղաքական և տնտեսական հարաբերությունները նոր թափով առաջ մղելու համար: Տիկին Լույոն հավելել է, որ նախատեսվում է ՀՀ կառավարության հետ համագործակցությամբ առաջիկայում մշակել համատեղ գործողությունների ու ծրագրերի «ճանապարհային քարտեզ»:

Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը շահագրգիռ է ֆրանսիական ընկերությունների ներգրավմամբ, մասնավորապես տարբեր ենթակառուցվածքային ու ծրագրերում վերջիններիս մասնակցությամբ:

Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են ՀՀ-ԵՄ հարաբերություններին, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի համար նախատեսված 2,6 մլրդ եվրոյի ծրագրային փաթեթի իրականացմանը, Արևելյան գործընկերության ծրագրի շրջանակում համագործակցությանը, մեր երկրում իրականացվող ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումների շարունակական առաջ մղմանը վերաբերող հարցեր:

Մտքեր են փոխանակվել նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացի ակտիվացման, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ տարածաշրջան նախատեսվող այցի կարևորության, Հարավային Կովկասում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների շուրջ:
