«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ իրավապահները Աժ նախկին պատգամավոր Ջանիբեկ Հայրապետյանին պատահական չեն հիշել, այլ նրան ձերբակալելը խորը արմատներ ունի: Երեկ ArmLur.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն ձերբակալել, ապա կալանավորման համար միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Ջանիբեկ Հայրապետյանի մասով:

ArmLur.am-ը գրել էր, թե ինչ քրեական գործի շրջանակներում է Քննչական կոմիտեն կալանավորման տանում Ջանիբեկ Հայրապետյանին: ArmLur.am-ին հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ 2016 թվականի մայիսի 9-ին Եղվարդի խճուղում տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որի ընթացքում Ջանիբեկ Հայրապետյանը մի խումբ անձանց հետ ծեծի է ենթարկել Երեւան քաղաքի բնակիչ Վաղինակ Սահակյանին:

Ըստ մեզ հասած լուրերի՝ Ջանիբեկ Հայրապետյանը հարվածել է Վաղինակ Սահակյանի դեմքին, զրկել է վերջինիս ձախ աչքից եւ պատճառել է ծանր մարմնական վասվածք: Ստացված տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ նշված դեպքի առթիվ նախապատրաստված նյութերի ընթացքը հօգուտ իրենց լուծելու համար Ջանիբեկ Հայրապետյանը մի խումբ անձանց միջնորդությամբ եւ օժանդակությամբ իրավասու պաշտոնյաներին խոշոր չափի կաշառք է տվել, որի դիմաց թաքցվել է նշված դեպքին Ջանիբեկ Հայրապետյանի մասնակցության փաստը, իսկ կատարված արարքը մեղսագրվել է Գևորգ Բայադյանին:

Ավելին, իրավապահները տվյալներ ունեն, որ վիճաբանության ժամանակ մարմնական վնասվածք ստացած Սահակյանը սպառնալիքների եւ ճնշումների ներքո հրաժարվել է բողոքից, ինչի արդյունքում էլ որոշում է կայացվել նախապատրաստված նյութերով քրեական գործի հարուցումը մերժել: Մինչ այդ ArmLur.am-ը այս դեպքի մասին ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության նախկին պատգամավոր Ջանիբեկ Հայրապետյանից մեկնաբանություն էր խնդրել, եւ նա կտրականապես հերքել էր շարադրվածը:

Այս գործով ուշագրավ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել. գործով տուժող Վաղինակ Սահակյանը անցած տարի մահացել է: Ստացվում է, որ գործով տուժողը չկա, նախկին պատգամավորի դեմ ցուցմունք տվող չկա, սակայն նրան կալանավորել են: Պատճառը, ըստ իրավապահ համակարգից մեզ հասած լուրերի, այն է, որ Ջանիբեկ Հայրապետյանն այս տարվա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ներքին կարգով աշխատել է «Հայաստան» դաշինքի օգտին՝ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի թիմի համար, եւ նրան որոշել են այսկերպ «պատժել»:
