ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Մարտին Գալստյանը համոզված է, որ Հայաստանը կարող է դառնալ տուն՝ բազմաթիվ նորարարությունների համար: Մարտին Գալստյանը նման տեսակետ հայտնեց Դիլիջանում անցկացվող Մտքերի հայկական երրորդ գագաթնաժողովում:

«Ապագան հիմնված է գիտության և տեխնոլոգիաների վրա: Թվանշային տեխնոլոգիաները սրա կենտրոնում են: Հայաստանն  այն կատարյալ վայրն է, որտեղ փոխակերպմանն ուղղված լուծումները կարող են բացահայտվել և իրականացվել: Տաղանդաշատ մարդկային ռեսուրսներով, բաց մշակույթով, հզորագույն սփյուռքով Հայաստանը կարող է դառնալ տուն բազմաթիվ նորարարությունների համար»,-ասաց Գալստյանն ու հույս հայտնեց, որ մասնակիցները հնարավորություն կունենան բացահայտելու բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների արագ զարգացող ոլորտը ՀՀ-ում:

Գալստյանը շեշտեց՝ ԿԲ-ն չեմպիոն է դարձել ֆինանսական ծառայությունների փոխակերպման գործընթացում: Ֆինանսական ծառայությունների թվային վերափոխումը Կենտրոնական բանկի համար առաջնահերթ է դարձել: ԿԲ նախագահը վստահեցրեց՝ նաև կարողանում են համապատասխան հենքեր ստեղծել թվային տնտեսության զարգացման համար, ակնկալում են համապատասխան մասնակցություն նաև մասնավոր ոլորտի կողմից, խոսքը նաև գլոբալ մակարդակով տաղանդների ներգրավման, նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների ներգրավման, մարդկային կապիտալի ներառման մասին է:

«Հաջորդ կարևորագույն քայլը վերաբերում է վճարման և հաշվարկային ծառայությունների թվանշավորմանը՝  ծառայությունների որակը բարելավելու համար հիմք ընդունելով նորարարական լուծումները: Դա նոր թվային ֆինանսական ծառայությունների համար կստեղծի նոր էկոհամակարգ»,-ասաց Գալստյանը:
