 Հարավային Կովկասում ժողովուրդների միջև ատելությունն ու թշնամանքը, փոքրիկ անախորժություններն ու պատերազմների վերաճող ընդհարումները արտատարածաշրջանային ուժերն են հրահրում, այդ մասին հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունների և հետպատերազմական տարածաշրջանի թեմայով տեղի ունեցած վեբինարի ընթացքում ասել է Հայաստանում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության դեսպանատան մշակույթի խորհրդական Սեյյեդ Հոսեյն Թաբաթաբային:

«Այն օտարերկրյա ուժերը, որոնք տարածաշրջանային խաղացողներ չեն, փորձում են նպաստել փոքրիկ անախորժություններին, ընդհարումներին, դրանց խորացմանը, պատերազմների հրահրմանը: Դա ակնհայտ է: Եվ տեսնում ենք, որ ինչ-որ չափով հաջողություն են գրանցել իրենց այդ թիրախավորված, նպատակային քաղաքականության մեջ», - ասել է Հոսեյն Թաբաթաբային:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հարավային կովկասի ժողովուրդները խաղաղ համագոյակցության դարավոր պատմություն ունեն և միասին ապրել են դարեր շարունակ: Իսկ նրանց միջև ծագած խնդիրները, ըստ բանախոսի, ի հայտ են եկել արտատարածաշրջանային ուժերի միջամտությունի հետո

Իրանցի դիվանագետը շեշտել է, որ առանձնահատուկ դիրք գրավող այս տարածաշրջանում տարբեր՝ քաղաքական, տնտեսական, հասարակական, աշխարհաքաղաքական առումներով յուրահատուկ տեղ ու դեր ունեն երկու բարեկամ երկրները՝ Իրանը և Հայաստանը, որոնք, որպես տարածաշրջանի երկու հնագույն քաղաքակրթություն կրող երկրներ, չեն կարող նորմալ վերաբերվել այդ երևույթին:

Թաբաթաբայիի խոսքով՝ Իրանին և Հայաստանին անհանգստացնում է օտարերկրյա ԶԼՄ-ների միջոցով տարածաշրջանում ատելության մթնոլորտը ավելի թեժացնելու փաստը:

«Տարածաշրջանում ատելության մթնոլորտը օրեցօր ավելացնելու պատճառով այսօր կանգնած ենք մի փաստի առաջ, որ տարածաշրջանում չգտնվող գերտերությունները հասել են հաջողության առ այն, որ կարողացել են այդ փոքրիկ տարաձայնությունները վերածել նույնիսկ թշնամության՝ ատելությունից մեկ քայլ առաջ գնալով», - ասել է իրանցի գործիչը:

Որպես մշակույթի խորհրդական՝ Հոսեյն Թաբաթաբային առանձնացրել է նաև մեկ այլ կարևոր խնդիր՝ տարածաշրջանի պատմության և մշակութային ժառանգության վերաբերյալ փաստերի կեղծումը:

«Փաստերը կեղծվում են և վերագրվում են այլ երկրների: Սա շատ ցավալի և անհանգստացնող երևույթ է», - ասել է Սեյյեդ Հոսեյն Թաբաթաբային:

«Օրբելի» տեղեկատվական-վերլուծական կենտրոնի նախաձեռնությամբ հոկտեմբերի 27-ին տեղի է ունենալու «Հայաստան-Իրան երկկողմ հարաբերությունները և հետպատերազմական տարածաշրջանը» խորագրով վեբինարը՝ հայ և իրանցի փորձագետների մասնակցությամբ: Մասնակցում էին «Օրբելի» կենտրոնի վերլուծաբանները, իրանցի փորձագետներ, ԻԻՀ դեսպանատան մշակույթի խորհրդականը և ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից՝ Գրիգոր Մելքոնյանը:

«Օրբելի» կենտրոնի համակարգող Միքայել Յալանուզյանի խոսքով՝ 2020 թվականին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տեղի ունեցած պատերազմից հետո իրադրությունը Հարավային Կովկասում փոխվել է, և սրվել է տարածաշրջանային և աշխարհաքաղաքական մրցակցություն: Տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային և տնտեսական կապերի վերականգնման հարցը տարբեր կերպ է ընդունվում տարբեր ուժերի կողմից: Իսկ Թուրքիայի աճող ազդեցությունը տարածաշրջանում անհանգստացնում է ոչ միայն Հայաստանին, այլև Ռուսաստանին և Իրանին:

Վեբինարի ընթացքում փորձագետները քննարկեցին այդ հարցը և տարածաշրջանային այլ խնդիրներ:
