ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի 2021 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 28-ի թիվ 1226-Ա որոշմամբ՝ հաստատվել է «Խաչատուր Աբովյանի անվան հայկական պետական մանկավարժական համալսարան» հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի կազմը։
