Տարածաշրջանի ապաշրջափակման գործընթացը  չի կարող տեղի ունենալ ՀՀ անվտանգության, ինքնիշխանության և կենսական շահերի հաշվին, այս մասին վստահեցրեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Վահե Գևորգյանը ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում 2022-ի պետբյուջեի նախագծի քննարկմանը:

Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական կարևոր ուղղություններից է տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և կայունության հաստատումը:

«Տարածաշրջանում խաղաղ և փոխշահավետ գոյակցության մթնոլորտի ձևավորման հիմքում ընկած է նաև տարածաշրջանի ապաշրջափակումը: Այս տեսանկյունից կարևոր նշանակություն ունի 2021-ի հունվարի 11-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթների իրագործումը: Տարածաշրջանի ապաշրջափակման գործընթացի արդյունավետ իրականացումը հնարավոր է բոլոր դերակատարների կողմից կառուցողական դիրքորոշման ցուցաբերման և գործնական քայլերի իրականացման դեպքում: Միևնույն ժամանակ հարկ է ընդգծել, որ այս գործընթացը չի կարող տեղի ունենալ ՀՀ անվտանգության, ինքնիշխանության և կենսական շահերի հաշվին»,- ասաց փոխնախարարը:

Հայաստանի բարեփոխումների, տնտեսական և ենթակառուցվածքային զարգացման աջակցությունը մնում է Հայաստանի դիվանագիտության առաջնահերթ խնդիրներից մեկը և սերտորեն կապված է համապարփակ անվտանգության հետ: Նրա խոսքով՝ այս առնչությամբ աշխատանքները հիմնականում ուղղված են երկկողմ  տնտեսական հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը, փոխկապակցվածության ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերի կյանքի կոչմանը, արտահանման խթանմանը, առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության համար համապատասխան հարթակների ձևավորմանը:

Փոխնախարարը նաև վստահեցրեց, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը շարունակելու է իր միջազգային գործընկերների հետ փոխշահավետ համագործակցության հետևողական խորացումը և ընդլայնումը՝ թե երկկողմ և թե բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում անհրաժեշտ նախադրյալներ և պայմաններ ստեղծելու բոլոր ուղղություններով:

Տարածաշրջանի տնտեսական, տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման նպատակով ստեղծվել է եռակողմ աշխատանքային խումբ, որը ղեկավարում են Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետները:
