«Ենթադրյալ հանցագործը չի կարող իր հանցագործության մասին վարկած քննել»։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 9-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության եւ հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը՝անդրադառնալով 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքները քննող հանձնաժողովի ձևավորմանը:

Պատգամավորն նշեց, որ այդ հանձնաժողովից օբյեկտիվություն ակնկալել հնարավոր չէ.

«Սա աբսուրդ է։ Ակնկալել այդ հանձնաժողովից օբյեկտիվություն չենք կարող։ Գործող իշխանությունը չի կարող քննել իր հանցագործության վարկածը։ Շատ հասցեական եմ ասում, որովհետև ներգրավվում են մարդիկ, որոնք պատերազմի ընթացքում ունեցել են պաշտոններ։ Եթե քննության ընթացքում հասնի մի փուլի, որում հասկանալի լինի՝ մեղադրանքն անխուսափելի է, բնականաբար, արվելու է ամեն ինչ, որ այդ մեղադրանքը կյանքի չկոչվի։ Ես կասկածի տակ եմ դնում այդ հանձնաժողովի օբյեկտիվությունը։ Ապրիլյան հանձնաժողովի քննությունն ի՞նչ տվեց իշխանությանը։ Որևէ մեկն իմացա՞վ՝ ինչ է տեղի ունեցել։

Ի վերջո, տանկերի մեջ ջո՞ւր էր, թե՞ բենզին, զինվորները խո՞տ էին ուտում, թե՞ սնունդ, բահերո՞վ էին կռվում, թե՞ զենքերով։ Սրանք հարցեր են, որոնց պատասխանները մենք այդպես էլ չիմացանք»,- նշեց պատգամավորը։
