Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է Հայաստանի հետ սահմանին սադրիչ և ագրեսիվ գործողություններ իրականացնելու քաղաքականությունը։ Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից այս մասին հայտարարեց ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը։

«Ինչպես հայտարարել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անվտանգության խորհուրդը, նոյեմբերի 14-ին Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանի արևելյան տեղամասերից մեկում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը զինտեխնիկայի աջակցությամբ ներխուժել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք։ Բանակցությունների արդյունքում զինտեխնիկան և զորքերի մեծ մասը հետ են քաշվել, բայց հայկական կողմն ունեցել է դիրքային կորուստներ։ Տեղի ունեցածի արդյունքում վերը նշված հատվածում Ադրբեջանը ամրապնդել է սույն թվականի մայիսի 12-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք ապօրինի ներթափանցման արդյունքում ունեցած ներկայությունը։ Մայիսի 12-ի ներթափանցումից հետո Ադրբեջանը օկուպացիայի ներքո է պահում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքի շուրջ 41 կմ2 տարածք 11 տեղամասերում»։

ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները հանդես են գալիս Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ագրեսիվ հայտարարություններով՝ ըստ էության նորանոր տարածքային և անվտանգային սպառնալիքներ ստեղծելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար։  Աղաջանյանը շեշտեց՝ Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանին հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումները կրում են ամենօրյա բնույթ։

«Այս իրավիճակը ուղիղ սպառնալիք է ստեղծում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկիր հանդիսացող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար։ Դեռևս սույն թվականի մայիսի 12-ից հետո Հայաստանը հանդես էր եկել  ՀԱՊԿ ճգնաժամային իրավիճակներին արձագանքի համաձայն՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տիրող իրադրության մոնիթորինգի նպատակով ՀԱՊԿ առաքելություն գործուղելու նախաձեռնությամբ։ Նախաձեռնությունը, ցավոք, մինչև օրս կյանքի չի կոչվել։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանը հանդիսանում է ՀԱՊԿ նախագահող երկիր, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանը կոչ եմ անում հանդես գալ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին ՀԱՊԿ դիտորդական առաքելություն ուղարկելու նախաձեռնությամբ՝ համաձայն ՀԱՊԿ պայմանագրի ճգնաժամային իրավիճակներին արձագանքման կարգի։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, մեր խորհրդարանական գործընկերներին կոչ եմ անում միջազգային բոլոր ատյաններում հանդես գալ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ քաղաքականությունը և Հայաստանի տարածքների օկուպացիան պարզաբանող և լուսաբանող հայտարարություններով»,- եզրափակեց Աղաջանյանը։
