Եթե օրվա մեջ ինքը (հակառակորդը-խմբ․) ունեցել է առավելություններ, օրվա վերջում այդ առավելությունները կորցրեց։ Այս մասին Հանրային ՀԸ-ին տված հարցազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը։

«Մենք շատ դիրքեր հետ ենք բերել։ Մարդկային կորուստներ ունեցել ենք թե՛ մենք, թե՛ իրենք։ Իրենք ունեցել են նաև զրահատեխնիկայի կորուստ բավականին շոշափելի, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ ունեցել են նաև շոշափելի մարդկային կորուստ։ Այն, ինչ որ երեկ մատուցեցին՝ մեր հասարակությանը գցելով շոկային վիճակի մեջ, այսօր շատ հեռու էր երեկվա իրականությունից, և մեր ԶՈՒ-ն մտավ մարտական գործողությունների մեջ և օրվա վերջում պարտադրեց այս պահի դրությամբ հրադադար (հարցազրույցի պահին- խմբ․)։ Ստատուս քվոն (վերականգնելը- խմբ․), եթե ամբողջական դիրքային կորուստների բալանսի մասին է, մենք այդ արդյունքը կարձանագրենք շատ կարճ ժամանակում»,- նշել է նա։

Անդրադառնալով Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությանը՝ Քոչարյանն ասաց, որ իր կարծքով՝ դեռ ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ երկար ճանապարհ պետք է անցնենք, մինչև ՀԱՊԿ-ը կայանա․ «Բայց ՀԱՊԿ-ը մենակ Ղազախստան, Ղրղզստանը կամ մեկ ուրիշ երկիրը չէ։ Մենք ՀԱՊԿ-ի հիմնադիր անդամ ենք, և այնտեղ կա Ռուսաստանը։ Բայց մենք առանձին Ռուսաստանի հետ ունենք ռազմավարական համագործակցության  շատ լուրջ պայմանագիր, և Ռուսաստանը հրադադարի պահպանման երաշխավորն է, և երեկ հրադադարը խախտվել է․․․էսօր ես էլ իմ ելույթներում (ԱԺ-ում- խմբ․) երկու անգամ հնչեցրի՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ը կա՞, թե՞ չկա»։

Խոսելով Ռուսաստանի մասին՝ պատգամավոն ընդգծեց, որ մեր դաշնակիցը այնուամենայնիվ, մինչև երեկ հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանման հարցով երաշխավորի իր պարտավորությունները կարողանում էր իրականացնել։

«Էսօր ինչ-որ բան խախտվեց, երեկ և էսօր ինչ-որ բան խախտվեց։ Բայց ես հուսով եմ, որ մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը այսօր և վաղն ամբողջությամբ իր երաշխավորի կարգավիճակը կվերականգնի»,- հավելեց Քոչարյանը։

Հարցին, թե ինչն է իրեն նման հույս տալիս, նա պատասխանեց․ «Մեր Զինված ուժերն այսօր կռվեցին։ Դա ամենակարևոր հույսն է։ Դա նշանակում է, որ եթե այլ տրամաբանություն կար էս ամենի մեջ էս քանի օրվա, և դիտվում էր, որ մենք 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո դեռ ի վիճակի չենք մեր ինքնիշխանության համար կռիվ տալու, այսօր մենք տվեցինք, և մենք ամեն ինչ պետք ա նենք, որ եթե պետք լինի, վաղն էլ տանք»։
