Դիմելու եմ դատարան․ Հայկ Սարգսյանը՝ Տույի սպանության օրը իր ներկայության մասին լուրը զրպարտություն է համարում

ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․COM-ը այսօր «Պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանը սպանության օրը եղել է նախկին պատգամավորի տան մոտ՝ սպասելով Տույին» վերտառությամբ հոդված էր հրապարակել՝ հղում կատարելով սկզբնաղբյուր կայքին, որտեղ անդրադարձ էր կատարվել Նոյեմբերի 11-ին Քանաքեռի սեփական տներից մեկում հնչած կրակոցների դեպքին։ Մեջբերում ենք․ «Լուրեր կան, որ իշխանական պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանը նախկին պատգամավոր Սիմոնյանի տան մոտ՝ դրսում՝ մեքենայի մեջ սպասել է քրեական հեղինակություն Տույին, սակայն երբ լսվել են կրակոցի ձայները, նա դեպքի վայրից անհետացել է»,-մեջբերման ավարտը:
 
Հրապարակումից հետո պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ անդրադարձ է կատարել շրջանառվող լուրերին և նշել, որ խնդրում է հերքում բոլոր այն լրատվամիջոցներից, որոնք տեղադրել են նյութը։ Ներկայացնում ենք Հայկ Սարգսյանի գրառումը։
 
«Բազմիցս ապատեղեկատվություն տարածած, թշնամուն մեր սահմանային իրավիճակի մասին ԱԺ ամբիոնից հայտարարած, իր ընտրողներին դավաճանած, ճամբարափոխ պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանին պատկանող «Ժողովուրդ» լրատվամիջոցը, (եթե կարելի է այդպես անվանել) ևս մեկ անհեթեթ սուտ է հրապարակել իմ մասին։
Այս անգամ ստի նպատակն է արատավորել իմ համբավը՝ ինձ կապելով նոյեմբերի 11-ին Երևանում տեղի ունեցած սպանությունների հետ։ Հոդվածում, մասնավորապես, ասվում է, որ ես նոյեմբերի 11-ին եղել եմ դեպքի վայրում։
Որպեսզի բոլորի համար ակնհայտ լինի, որ «Ժողովուրդ» -ը սուտ և կեղծիք տարածող լրատվամիջոց է, հարկ եմ համարում նշել․
1․ Նոյեմբերի 10-ից 16-ը գործուղված եմ եղել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն, որպես ՀՀ ԱԺ ներկայացուցիչ մասնակցելու ՀԱՊԿ-ի զորավարժություններին։
2․ Դեպքի մասնակիցներից որևէ մեկին չեմ ճանաչել։
3․ Դեպքի մասին իմացել եմ հաջորդ օրը, լրատվամիջոցներից։
4․ Սահմանային անցակետում հաշվառված է նոյեմբերի 10-ից 16-ը իմ ՌԴ-ում գտնվելը (կից անձնագրիս կնիքները)։
5․ Կան բազմաթիվ լուսանկարներ և տեսանյութեր, որոնք փաստում են, որ նոյեմբերի 10-ից 16-ը եղել եմ ՌԴ-ում։
6. ՀԱԿՊ պաշտոնական էջի նոյեմբերի 11-ի հոդվածը ևս ապացուցում է, որ այդ օրը եղել եմ Կազանում:
 
Ի դեպ, զրպարտության հիմքով դիմելու եմ դատարան, քանի որ տվյալ լրատվամիջոցը դիտավորությամբ կեղծ, իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող «փաստացի տվյալների» տարածման միջոցով փորձել է արատավորել իմ պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը։ Փաստաբանիս հետ մտածում ենք նաև քրեական գործ հարուցելու դիմում ներկայացնել։ Դեռ պետք է պարզել, այդ ստերի նպատակը»։
