«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Արարատի մարզպետ Ռազմիկ Թեւոնյանը գերկենտրոնացել է Մասիսի ընտրությունների վրա, նա անգամ համակիրներին է շանտաժի ենթարկում։

Մեզ տեղեկություններ են հասնում, որ ՔՊ ցուցակում ընդգրկված գործող համայնքապետերից յուրաքանչյուրին մարզպետն առանձին-առանձին հրավիրում է իր մոտ եւ սպառնալից զրույցներ վարում «նախկին մեղքերի» թեմայով։ Ասում է, թե լավ գիտեն` ով ինչ է արել, ու բացահայտ սպառնում է, որ վատ արդյունքների դեպքում դրանք քրեական գործերի տեսք կստանան։

Նշենք, որ Մասիս համայնքին խոշորացման արդյունքում 27 համայնք է միավորվել, եւ ՔՊ ցուցակում են ընդգրկվել Նորամարգ, Սիս, Դարակերտ, Արգավանդ, Դարբնիկ, Խաչփար, Հովտաշատ, Նիզամի, Նորաբաց, Սայաթ-Նովա, Արբաթ, Գեղանիստ, Արեւաբույր համայնքների գործող ղեկավարները, ինչպես նաեւ որոշ համայնքապետարանների աշխատակիցներ, համայնքապետերի տեղակալներ։

ՔՊ ցուցակը Մասիսում գլխավորում է Սայեն Հայրապետյանը՝ մասիսցի Սայադը, որը մարզպետ Թեւոնյանի ընկերն է։ Թեւոնյանը Սայադի պատճառով ամիսներ առաջ հրաժարականի դիմում ներկայացրեց, քանի որ ՔՊ-ում դեմ էին, որ Սայադը գլխավորի ցուցակը, բայց մարզպետը հաղթեց եւ հետ վերցրեց դիմումը, ու, ըստ էության, այս ընտրությունները քննություն են լինելու նախեւառաջ իր համար։

Նախօրեին Հայրապետյանին կառավարությունը Մասիսի համայնքապետի ԺՊ է նշանակել: Սակայն ԸՕ-ի խախտում է տեղի ունեցել` համայնքի գործող ղեկավարները քարոզարշավի ժամանակ արձակուրդ են վերցնում, ինչը պահանջում է օրենքը, որպեսզի վարչական լծակները չօգտագործեն, իսկ Սայադին թեկնածու են առաջադրել եւ ԺՊ նշանակել քարոզարշավի ամենաթեժ պահին»:
