Նոյեմբերի 16-ին Սյունիքի մարտական գործողություններում զոհված շարքային Դավիթ Հելբերտի Ամիրյանը Լոռու մարզի Դեբետ համայնքից էր։ Պայմանագրային զինծառայողը նաեւ 44 –օրյա պատերազմի մասնակից էր։

NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Դեբետ համայնքի ղեկավար Աշոտ Ղազարյանն ասաց, որ 41–ամյա Դավիթը մոտ 6 տարի պայմանագրային զինծառայող էր, իսկ Սյունիք գնացել էր նոյեմբերի 6–ին։

Համայնքապետի խոսքով՝ Դավիթի հարազատները ճանաչել են նրան նախօրեին տելեգրամյան ալիքներից մեկով տարածված տեսանյութում, որում Դավիթին վիրավոր վիճակում ադրբեջանական համազգեստով զինվորականները պատգարակով տեղափոխում են։

«6 վայրկյանանոց տեսահոլովակ է, ինքը չի խոսում, բայց երեւում է, որ ոտքերի եւ գլխի շրջանում վիրավորումներ ունի։ Տեսահոլովակն արված էր փակ տարածքում, շատ բան հասկանալի չէր»,– պատմեց Աշոտ Ղազարյանը։

Համայնքի ղեկավարը Դավիթի եղբոր հետ այսօր Կարմիր Խաչ եւ Պաշտպանության նախարարություն գնալու ճանապարհին է տեղեկացել, որ Սյունիքում զոհված զինծառայողների ցանկում են նաեւ Դավիթի տվյալները։

«Գնում էինք, որ ասեինք՝ ճանաչել ենք Դավիթին, վիրավոր է, բայց ճանապարհին լսեցինք նրա մահվան բոթը։ Ամենացավոտն այն է, թե ինչպես են տարածում զոհված զինծառայողների մասին լուրը։ Պատկան մարմինները տիրապետում էին հարազատների կոնտակտներին, բայց լուրերով են հայտարարում զոհվածների անունները, առանց մինչեւ այդ հարազատներին տեղեկացնելու, ոնց որ վերքի վրա աղ լցնեն։ Եթե համապատասխան մարմինները կարդում են, խնդրանք ունեմ իրենց. վերաբերմունքը փոխեք։ Մենք տեսանյութը տեսել էինք, հույսով լի էինք, մտածում էինք, որ կգնտենք իրեն, կբուժվի, բայց ճանապարհի վրա լսում ենք նրա մահվան մասին։ Էն ինչ ես տեսա, թե եղբոր հետ ինչ կատարվեց, դա ճիշտ չի, անպատասխանատու վերաբերմունքի հետեւանք էր,– ասաց Դեբետ համայնքի ղեկավարը։

Նշենք, որ Դավիթ Ամիրյանի մասնակցությամբ տեսանյութը տարածվել էր ադրբեջանական տելեգրամյան ալիքներից մեկով։ Արցախի Արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության տնօրենի նախկին տեղակալ Բորիս Ավագյանը նախօրեին  «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում ասել էր, որ  Բաքվում գտնվող հայ  զինծառայողներից մեկը վիրավոր է եւ վիրահատության կարիք ունի։

«Որքան գիտեմ, պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել զինվորին վիրահատել, առողջական վիճակը կայունացնել, որպեսզի թույլատրելի լինի նրա տեղափոխումը։

Ադրբեջանական կողմը խոստացել է ռուսական կողմին վերադարձնել զինծառայողին»,- ասել էր Բորիս Ավագյանը։

Մինչդեռ այսօր առավոտյան Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հրապարակեց վեց զոհված զինծառայողի անունները, որոնց մեջ էր նաեւ Դավիթ Ամիրյանի անունը։

41–ամյա Դավիթը ծնողների հետ ապրում էր Դեբետում, քույր ու եղբայր ունի։
