Փաշինյանի վտանգավոր ուղերձներն ու «բացահայտումների» սպառնալիքը. ասուլիսի հիմնական մեսիջները

Երեկ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրավիրած ասուլիսի ընթացքում անդրադարձել է մի շարք կարևորագույն հարցերի և արել մեսիջներ, որոնք էլ այսօր կփորձենք վերլուծել:

Նախ և առաջ նշենք, որ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձավ ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու հարցին․ ՀԱՊԿ-ը, ըստ նրա, Ռուսաստանի հետ մեր ռազմավարական հարաբերությունների շատ կարևոր խողովակ ու հարթակ է։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի ռազմավարական գործընկերն է ու ինքը Ռուսաստանի հետ գործընկերությունն անգնահատելի է համարում: Ակնհայտ է, որ այս հավաստիացումների կարիքը առաջացել է նոյեմբերի 16-ին ՀՀ սահմանների մոտ ծավալված ռազմական գործողությունների ֆոնին Փաշինյանի թիմակիցների հակառուսական հռետորաբանությունը Սոչիի հանդիպումից առաջ մեղմելու համար: Չմոռանանք, որ այդ օրերին վարչապետի թիմակիցները բացահայտորեն սպառնում էին ՌԴ-ին՝ դուրս գալ ՀԱՊԿ-ից և գտնել նոր դաշնակիցներ: Հիմա Փաշինյանը փաստում է, որ նման քայլի Հայաստանը գնալ չի պատրաստվում:

Ավելին` հարցազրույցի ժամանակ Փաշինյանը հաստատեց, որ բանակցային գործընթացում քաղաքական հարցերի որոշողը մնալու է Մոսկվան, իսկ ԵՄ հովանու տակ կքննարկվեն միայն հումանիտար հարցեր: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, այս հարցազրույցը բավականին ընդգծված ռևերանս էր ռուսական կողմին, ինչի մասին են վկայում երեք անգամ անձամբ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին հայտնած շնորհակալությունը և վերջինիս ջանքերի բարձր գնահատումը:

Մյուս կողմից` Փաշինյանը ուշագրավ ակնարկ արեց ներսի և դրսի խաղացողներին՝ հիշատակելով իր չհրապարակված, սակայն սարսափելի բացահայտումներ պարունակող ուղերձը: Այս մեսիջը ենթադրում է, որ կան ինչ-ինչ բացահայտումներ, որոնք Փաշինյանը կարող է անել՝ հանրայնացնելով իր ձեռքի տակ եղած տեղեկությունները, եթե ներսի և դրսի խաղացողները խախտեն ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները:

Փաշինյանը, ըստ էության, չբացառեց, որ Հայաստանի համար ռազմավարական մի շարք ճանապարհներ դառնալու են սակարկության և բանակցությունների առարկա: Իսկ հիշատակելով այդ ֆոնին կառուցվող ճանապարհները՝ նա փաստացի փորձում է ցույց տալ, որ այդ ռազմավարական ճանապարհների հանձնումը կատաստրոֆիկ նշանակություն չի ունենալու, ինչը, իհարկե, այդպես չէ:

Փաշինյանի մեկ այլ վտանգավոր հայտարարություն էլ վերաբերվում էր Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության հավանական ճանաչմանը, ընդ որում Արցախով հանդերձ: Փաշինյանը հաջողացրեց այս իր հավանական քայլն էլ կապել նախկինների հետ և վերջիններիս մեղադրել, որ 1991 թվականին արդեն իսկ ճանաչել են այն: 

Սակայն, Փաշինյանի ամենավտանգավոր հայտարարությունը թերևս այն էր, որ եթե իր ղեկավարած կառավարությունը հող հանձնող լիներ, ապա չէր լինի նաև պատերազմ: Խոսելով Սյունիքում հավանական զիջումների մասին՝ Փաշինյանը նշեց՝ անունը դրել են Զանգեզուրի միջանցք ու ասում են՝ չտաք, պատերազմով կվերցնենք, մենք էլ չենք տալիս: Ի՞նչ է սա նշանակում, եթե ոչ պատերազմի համար պարարտ հողի նախապատրաստում և ալիբի՝ չէինք տալիս, պատերազմով վերցրին:

Հարցազրույցը չանցավ առանց փաստերի աղճատման: Օրինակ՝ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, թե նախկինում երբեք Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարների միջև կոնտակ չի եղել։ Սա բացարձակ սուտ է, որովհետև կոնկակտ եղել է նաև նախկինում, ավելին եղել են նաև հանդիպումներ, որոնց մասին անգամ պաշտոնական հայտարարություններ են արվել։ 

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, այս ասուլիսի հիմնական նպատակը՝  հող տվողի կլիշեն բողոքարկելն ու հակառուսական հիստերիայի ալիքից հետո Սոչիում կայանալիք հանդիպումից առաջ Մոսկվային մի շարք ռևերանսներ անելն էր:
