«ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարել է, որ դիմել է Ռուսաստանին հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու միջնորդության համար: Ի՞նչ է սա նշանակում:

Թուրքիան մեր առջև մշտապես դրել է մի շարք նախապայմաններ: Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչումից հրաժարում, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի զիջում Ադրբեջանին, հիմա էլ արդեն Նախիջևան-Ադրբեջան միջանցքի բացում: Սրանք հիմնական, բայց ոչ բոլոր նախապայմաններն են: Ընդ որում, երրորդ նախապայմանը միս ու արյուն է ստացել 2020 թ. վերջին:

Ի՞նչ ունենք հիմա: Թուրքիայի հիմնական նախապայմաններն իրականում բավարարված են: Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացից հայկական կողմը հրաժարվել է: Արցախը հանձնված է: Հիմա, եթե միջանցքի նախապայմանը Թուրքիան դրել է, իսկ Հայաստանը դիմում է Ռուսաստանի միջնորդությանը, ուրեմն հայկական կողմը այդ նախապայմանն էլ է պատրաստ բավարարել:

Չեմ բացառում, որ «առանց նախապայմանների» եզրույթը հայկական կողմը կիրառվել է «երկրորդային» նախապայմանների համար (անկախության հռչակագրի խմբագրում, զինանշանի վրայից Արարատի հեռացում, տարածքային պահանջատիրությունից հրաժարում և այլն):

Թե չէ էլ ի՞նչ նախապայման: Բոլոր հիմնական նախապայմանները բավարարել ենք, մեկն էլ շուտով կբավարարենք»:
