Այս անգամ քննվում Է 2007 թվականի նոյեմբերին ընդդիմության ակցիան ցրելու, «Իմեդի» հեռուստաընկերություն ներխուժելու ու ավերելու եւ նրա սեփականատեր՝ հանգուցյալ գործարար Բադրի Պատարկացիշվիլիի ունեցվածքը խլելու գործը:

Սահակաշվիլին մեղադրվում Է ծառայողական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու մեջ: Նրան սպառնում Է հինգից մինչեւ ութ տարի բանտարկություն: Սահակաշվիլիի փաստաբաններից մեկը՝ Բեկա Բասիլիան, հանդես Է եկել լրագրողներին դատական գործընթացը ուղիղ եթերով հեռարձակելու հնարավորություն տալու միջնորդությամբ:

Նա դատարանին հորդորել Է հաշվի առնել այն, որ նման նախադեպ եղել Է «Միասնական ազգային շարժման» առաջնորդ Նիկա Մելիայի գործը քննելու ժամանակ: Այս դատական նիստի ոչ մեծ մասն ուղիղ եթերով հեռարձակել Է Սահակաշվիլիի երկրորդ փաստաբանը՝ Շոթա Տուտբերիձեն:

Նախկին նախագահն արդեն վեց տարվա բանտարկության Է դատապարտվել երկուական քրեական գործերով, որոնք վերաբերում են բանկի պաշտոնյա Սանդրո Գիրգվլիանիի սպանության համար դատապարտյալներին ներում շնորհելուն եւ պատգամավոր Վալերի Գելաշվիլիին ծեծելուն: Սահակաշվիլին դեմ եւս երկու գործ գտնվում Է հետաքննության փուլում՝ պետական միջոցները վատնելու եւ անօրինականորեն սահմանը հատելու վերաբերյալ:

Սահակաշվիլին Վրաստան Է վերադարձել 2013 թվականից ի վեր առաջին անգամ:

Հետաքննության տվյալներով՝ սեպտեմբերի 29-ին նա անօրինականորեն հատել Է սահմանը եւ հոկտեմբերի 1-ին՝ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմնների ընտրություններից մեկ օր առաջ, ձերբակալվել Է: Այդ նույն օրը նա հացադուլ Է հայտարարել, որը դադարեցրել Է միայն 50 օր անց այն բանից հետո, երբ նրան բանտարկյալների հիվանդանոցից տեղափոխել են Գորիի հոսպիտալ, հաղորդել Է Sputnik-ը:
