Լոռու մարզի դատախազի կողմից ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարին հասցեագրված գրության հիման վրա նախարարության կողմից «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱ կազմակերպության «Տաշիրի անտառտնտեսության» մասնաճյուղերում անցկացվել են ստուգումներ 2016թ.-ից մինչ 2021թ. նոյեմբեր ընկած ժամանակահատվածում հնարավոր ապօրինի ծառահատման դեպքերը պարզելու և ֆիքսելու համար: Այս մասին հայտնում է Դատախազությունը:

Մարզի դատախազի գրությանը նախարարությունից ստացվել է պատասխան, համաձայն որի, ստուգումների արդյունքում արձանագրվել են «Տաշիրի անտառտնտեսություն» մասնաճյուղի տարբեր պահաբաժիններից ապօրինի հատված 157 հատ տարբեր տեսակի և տրամագծի ծառեր, ինչի արդյուքնում բուսական աշխարհին պատճառվել է ընդհանուր շուրջ 7.5մլն դրամի նյութական վնաս:  

Հաշվի առնելով ստացված տվյալները՝ Լոռու մարզի դատախազությունում  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ և 315-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասերի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:

Բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ նախաքննություն կատարելու հանձնարարությամբ քրեական գործն ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչություն։

Նախաքննության օրինականության  նկատմամբ հսկողության գործառույթի շրջանակներում մարզի դատախազության կողմից հետևողականություն է ցուցաբերվելու, որպեսզի քննությամբ պարզվեն նշված անտառտնտեսությունում կատարված ապօրինի անտահատումների ամբողջական ծավաները, դրանք կատարած անձանց շրջանակը, իրավական գնահատականներ տրվեն ապօրինի ծառահատումներն անտառաշերտի տվյալ հատվածի պահպանության համար պատասխանատու պաշտոնատար անձանց հանցավոր վարքագծի արդյունքում կատարված լինելու, ըստ էության, տևական ժամանակահատվածում հատված ծառերը չհայտնաբերելու և չհաշվառելու հանգամանքներին:
